Bought chocolate walnuts, only they were chocolate covered gummies. Spent $43 on a small bag of very disappointing chocolate. I used to be a baker and have run kitchens for 15 years. The chocolates were dry, bland and the decorations on top are some kind of cheesy cutout edible design, looks like plastic. Sorry, just not getting it.

We are long distance big fans of Chocolate Cartel. We have ordered many types of products for the last four years. Our last order was the first one that was incorrect in the four years. It was made right quickly and handled with grace and professionalism. I am so very grateful for the staff and chocolate makers. I appreciate the action as my diabetic husband depends on your 90 percent dark for a safe healthy sweet fix. So very grateful our cousins in Albuquerque introduced us to you!!!!

This place is absolutely fantastic and all of their product is hand made and their ingredients are locally sourced.They are super friendly and really helpful!Dietary restrictions: I'm personally allergic to a certain food dye and they triple checked to make sure I could have the treats I got! They even showed me the label for ease of mind!

I went in looking for good gelato. I found that plus really good chocolate! It was very tasty. It is not cheap but it is worth it. I went a while ago and I can’t wait to go back. The gelato chocolate wafer was extremely good. Service was outstanding and I highly recommend you give them a try.
The chocolate is pretty good it's just the service every time I go there. Either it takes so long to check out or I can't even go there to ship because they lock the doors and just stare at you 30 minutes before it's stated to close. Once or twice is acceptable for poor service but it's every time I've gone. I want to support small local shops but they make it difficult.
