Possibly the worst food have ever had in Albuquerque. Place was dirty, food was very bad, hard to believe they served it. The fish sandwich special consisted of a dry, slightly burnt bun with a square of a frozen fish patty. Worst than a bad school lunch. The fries were ok. Other dish at table was a terrible bowl of watery posole. Red was bitter. Service was sad, prices weren't cheap. Would never eat here again.

I ended up in the emergency room because the food was poisoned or somebody did not was his hand, and in the emergency room the nurse told me her daughter got sick eating and another person.

I ordered posole to go from their restaurant and the posole was over cooked and mushy. Also, I was given hominy with no red Chile. This is my second worst experience and won’t be back. I paid $16 for this.

Food was delicious! I ordered the smothered breakfast burrito. It did take our food a long time to come out roughly 45min wait. Waitress was super nice!

I've been to this Cocina Azul many times and had great food. I would come here especially for the ribeye over most restaurants in Albuquerque. However, the last time I got the steak, it was terrible. The ribeye was tough, chewy, filled with connective tissue, and almost inedible. At some point I just stopped trying to eat it and the staff was nice enough to comp me. Knowing this was out of character, I asked the if something had changed with the dish. Their answer was not surprising at all. Turns out a decision was made to resource the steaks from a different supplier about two weeks prior. They also said I was one of many people who had complained about the steak since it changed. So let me wrap things up with this. Your steak is now awful and has gone from one of the best in Albuquerque to one of the worst. Please bring back the higher quality meat.

Not everyone can eat screaming hot Chile. It would be nice if they also had a mild one. I assumed my brisket enchiladas would come rolled but they were flat. The brisket was very good. We had to ask for silverware then extra napkins. (As did other patrons)My husband's shrimp fajitas came out and he had to wait for the rest of the fixings which finally came out with my meal. This is one of the rare places where we had to pay for chips and salsa. Just a "so so" experience.
