Bear Costco in Albuquerque for sure. Weekends are busy and masks are no longer required. This location has a gas station. Lots of parking and lots of handicapped parking as well.

Costco is still by far the best value around but the customer service on the westside location in ABQ has slipped significantly in recent years. I know it's Burque/NM and that rude comes with the territory at times but when I had an issue recently with an employee allowing someone to cut in line, all the customer service folks did was argue with me in a perturbed/agitated manner. I thought it might just an issue with their food court employees but it's also with the front line "managers" in the red vests. They have little to no people skills and are conditioned to argue with customers. Just say you'll take care of the concern and be done with it. De-escalate, not escalate. I know people can be rude and unreasonable but don't let that impact your service to customers with legitimate concerns.

It's always something here. Free this free that when you buy the tires and then when you come in they won't do the services because of something or other. Just ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I really enjoyed visiting my hometown Costco. My mothers house is close and with only 2 visits over break I got more info than I have from anyone else, great full to be a member and love y'all's store. And appreciate the extra COVID-19 measures you guys are enforcing, me and my mother felt very safe.

This Costco rocks. During COVID with limits on how many people can enter the store at a time, this Costco is providing shopper service for customers with 10 or less items. You give them your shopping list, go fill up with cheap Costco gas, and then pick up your order. Costco is doing this as a service to its members. Remember, most of what you buy at Costco is impulse. This service is taking sales away. And it's also keeping staff employed. WELL DONE. Now if I have a Managers attention with this review: Please bring in larger coffee grinders. If you sell 3# bags of coffee, I should be able to grind it easily. Step up your produce game. Beautiful produce, but it dies so quickly. And finally, "Olive Garden" and "Ranch" salad dressings? I know we're in Albuquerque, but you can do better. Perhaps Newmans Own? Thanks Costco Team. I'm a proud "Price Club/Costco" member for 25? years.

The greeter and the receipt checkers were very rude. Did not not enjoy this Costco. I'll stick the the Westside Costco.

Staff here arent the most friendliest for the most part half of them are tho. However their fuel sucks! It destroyed my 2004 Ford Ranger! Caused me to have to buy a new car!!! When I confronted management about it they said if I wasnt happy theres the door. So guess what! I cancelled my membership and I'll never be back!!!!! I'll go to Sam's Club. You just lost a member forever! Come to costco where nobody cares about good service. Plus their membership is a RIP off!

Large inventory and great bulk prices. Gas is very reasonably priced

This place is horrible now! The staff is very disrespectful! I am not renewing my membership. I know they probably don't care if they lose customers but those crazy employees might care some day if they don't have a job! They act like you have an illness that will jump out and get them! Grow the hell up ! LOSERS!! Walmart is a better company !! See ya!!

So you have to love this place. You come thinking I'll just get a few things and leave broke for the week. I always find something when I visit this place. Customer service has dropped since COVID.

great job! clean, efficient. and most importantly the plexiglass was actually the size it needs to be for the employees. nice touch that the exit people were also protected.

We've been members of Costco since it used to be known as Price Club. And this location was where we used to go, all the time. A newer, smaller, Costco opened nearer to where we live, that we go to now, but there are times when we absolutely need to go to this Costco. Recently we needed to go here to buy dog food. Now, I know that sounds very provincial. "What, Rod, you went to Costco to buy dog food? And that's what you're writing about in your review?" Yes, but you need to know the backstory, to understand why this is so important. We have an older, mixed breed black lab, named Annie. Annie moves slower than she used to, but she's still got the heart of a young pup. And Annie is very dearly loved by our daughters. As I write this, we're 5 weeks into the quarantine brought about by the Coronavirus. Getting out and just doing things that a family would normally do, isn't possible at this time. I'm sure everyone whose going through this understands the unusual amount of stress this brings upon everyone. Annie is helping to provide that unconditional love that a dog can do. Annie is helping us, and especially our daughters, get through this very trying time. Annie is a big dog. Over the years we've learned what she likes. Annie really likes the Kirkland brand of dog food for mature, large breeds. It comes in a blue bag. Annie totally loves that dog food! Her tail wags so much when we bring it home. So, Costco on Renaissance, indirectly you're helping us get through this Coronavirus crisis, by providing your dog food for mature, large breed dogs, so Annie can continue loving us as she does. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. My family thanks you. And Annie thanks you.
