Our family stopped by to have some lunch. We were greated by stephanie once we walked and we were able to get a seat with ease. Stephanie was such a great host and got our drinks and food out super fast. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Waste of time to stop here, spent my entire hour lunch waiting, got no food, and went hungry. Came in for lunch during work, ordered, and that was it. Never got my food. 40 minutes goes by finally the manager comes and basically says they forgot the order but they're gonna make it right. Ok cool, 20 more minutes go by and I hear the staff in the back talking about dropping the chicken. Finally just left as I was pretty much outta time. Pretty ridiculous as it was one plate of chicken tenders, and there were only maybe 7 tables in the whole place occupied.

It's a shame that the TA is open 7 days a week 365 days a year 24/7. But the restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and open Wednesday through Sunday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. . If the truck stop is open 24/7 365. At least the restaurant can be open at least 7 days a week 6 to 10:00. Would like to have a hot meal on a Tuesday. That's why they are getting a one-star review.

I have an update the review that I posted 3 months ago. A manager by the name of Addison contacted me and we talked about my experience I was told to come back and I would be given a free meal and Country Pride is going to try to win me back as a customer. I finally made it back to Albuquerque and I went in I was giving a menu I was seated, the server was super nice Addison is amazing a super nice person friendly and here to make the customer happy. that's what we need more of..... good job Addison for delivering on what you promised. I will definitely be back to this location. I almost forgot Addison gave me a free slice of the most amazing cheesecake I've ever had in my life the only thing I can say was disappointed about was they could not make any milkshakes because I don't think they could make ice cream for some reason but other than that this visit was 100 for sureI went in sat down ordered an orange juice was giving a menu I already knew what I wanted but the waitress said she'd come back. When she came back she stopped and took the orders of two people that came in the restaurant after me then she came to my table and said I'll be right back. I ended up leaving without eating because I was so irritated and felt so disrespected. If your Caucasian don't expect to get good service at this placeParking: There seems to be plenty of parking for four wheelers if you're in a semi you better get here early in the afternoon or do what I did I parked in front of a fuel Island because I'm only going to be here for 10 minutes and they don't have enough fuel customers right now or to be a big deal.

We were visiting family in the area and stopped by because my daughter wanted pancakes. Parking was great and we were greeted by staff the moment we walked through the door. The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped inside, super genuine smiles, engaging in conversation and we were able to pick our table. They took the time to help me go over the menu for my daughter’s order because of her dietary restrictions. They laughed with her and told her about all the fun things that were going on downtown and at the Balloon Fiesta while I looked over the menu for food for me. The food came out quickly and when I say it was AMAZING, that doesn’t even begin to describe the wonderfulness that graced my taste buds. It was so good it brought tears to my eyes and my daughter was literally eating the pancakes as I was cutting them (she usually waits for syrup) but she told me it didn’t need syrup because it was too yummy. We will definitely be regular customers every time we’re in town.Dietary restrictions: They asked questions when I mentioned she had dietary restrictions and were amazing with their recommendations for foods that would fit her needs.Parking: It had a nice sized parking lot that was close to their front door, so it was a super short walk.Kid-friendliness: My daughter has dietary restrictions and tons of energy. They were talking and answering all her questions while helping me find things on the menu that she could eat. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and have an amazing experience.
