Unbelievable. Tried to order carryout. First guy gets halfway though the order and he drops off the line replaced by some lady giving a commercial. Then another guy comes on the line and I give him the order, a fairly simple one. We show up about 15min later to pick it up and they cant find the order. I restate the order to a person at the bar and wait another 15 min. The order shows up in a plastic bag. So I pay for it and discover that they charged me $5 extra for pork ribs instead of beef. Really? Then we get home and guess what? The meat is loosely wrapped in foil and further the order is wrong! Wrong sides and wrong meat. Learned a hard lesson here. Never again!

We had a great dinner here the other day. We were hungry so we opted for the AYCE Cadillac platter served family style. We ordered the turkey, pulled pork, sausage, brisket and ribs . All the meats were delicious but the pork ribs and brisket were the stand outs so we ordered more of those meats only on our refills. The sausage did have a kick to it in case you're sensitive to spicy foods. The homemade bread was awesome as well as all of sides including the potato salad topped with paprika. Our server, Star, did a top notch job. She was super friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. This place has really stepped up its game, my opinion. As locals that live down the street in Sandia Heights, we came here a few times a few years ago right after COVID and the food was not that great. The pork was dry and the service just average. We happened to see a new commercial on tv and decided to give it another shot after a two year hiatus. I am glad we did! To those locals or frequent visitors to Abq that that had a similar experience like ours in the past, I say DEFINITELY give them another shot and you'll be impressed. The place was also 80% full when we were there at 5pm on a Tuesday, which shows they are doing things right. Keep up the good work. We are going to try the humongous beef ribs on our next visit.

My pork ribs were burnt and dry. They did NOT fall off the bone and I could barely cut the meat off. Their ovens were broken so no homemade bread which they are famous for.... Chicken and brisket were good Their idea of cobbler isn't cobbler but peach or apple flat pie. I did not enjoy my strawberry lemonade as it was tooo sugary Will not go back. Everyone was seated almost on top of each other in one room. Nope

Man this place gets worse everytime I come back... I'm not sure if there will be another. We walked out tonight before we could even order. After waiting to be seated we find out they are sold out of Brisket, ribs, and potato salad. That could have been useful information to give to people who for a table....

Tried to eat at County Line tonight! No Go!!! After waiting over 30 minutes to order, they tell us no ribs, no potato salas, and almost no brisket left. Then why the hell even stay. SUCKS!!!!!!

We go to the Outpost 2-4 times a week for ice skating practice and games. I keep saying we need to go next door to the County Line. Well, we went tonight and it was a huge disappointment. It is cutesy in its country decor, but the food was meh! We had the complimentary Sausage appetizer with the Yelp website coupon. It was several thin slices of sausage on a plate with a side of BBQ sauce and a sprig of parsley. I know free is free, but it would have been nice if they were served warm and not all dried out. They were just above room temperature. The brisket sandwich on a fresh roll was good with a side of BBQ sauce. Never got the salt and pepper that I had asked our waitress, Ginger, for at the start of our meal. It is not automatically put in tables? The meat was lean and falling apart tasty. The side of potato salad, or should I say soupy celery salad, with bits of potato was inedible. Just disguised with a dusting of red paprika on top. The kids macaroni and cheese was good, as were the French Fries. The kids chicken tenders and French fries were mostly eaten as well. When I asked Ginger for a refill on my granddaughters lemonade, I said we would like a bread pudding for dessert. We were not even half way done with our entrees when it arrived. Should have let us finish our main portion of our meal first, so the ice cream on top melted while we ate our other food first. The bread pudding square was really big, but really ice cold and dried out, over baked, and stale. Shouldn't bread pudding be warmed up with that Jack Daniels sauce warmed too? Hmm? It had a big soup of ice cream in top, but that melted while we took 10 minutes to finish our entrees. Well, for almost $100 it was a major disappointment. When I pull out of the Outpost lot again in the future, I will not pull into here next door.
