I enjoy the Cracker Barrel and super enjoy browsing the mercantile. The pancakes and French toast were a lil off. Chicken is superb.

All our food was cold. Chicken fried chicken, steamed broccoli, corn and mashed potatoes. They forgot our bread then the butter. Forgot to bring a knife and every time we looked for our waitress we couldn’t find her so we asked someone else for help

April 27, 2024 - the food wasn't as good as pre-COVID. But most of it was tasty. The corn bread was delicious and the waitress brought enough butter. The chicken fried steak was ok, the potatoes were dry and crumbly. But the gravy improved the taste and texture. The grilled chicken tenders, green beans and fried apples were delicious. The chicken tenders with Carolina sweet BBQ, bacon Mac and cheese and fried apples were delicious. The fried okra was delicious. We had to get up and ask for refills on our tea after being served no one came to check on anything. We had a pleasant enough experience that we will be back again before a year goes by.March 2023 -Food was poor. Not like it used to be.The Mac and cheese had no taste. The grilled chicken tasted off. I don't know if was poorly seasoned or something wrong. They have severely reduced their menu and removed most southern dishes (they have fish, but NOT catfish? Lol)They don't bring the bread until your meal, they don't even ask, just avoid the table and any attempt at getting their attention. The server was very nice and personable aside from not being the corn bread when we asked for it.After 2+ years cooking primarily at home and eating quality meals, it's really disappointing to pay premium prices for sub par meals.

Our waiter was very neglectful. Only came by 3 times. Each time was to take our drink order, food order and then we had to ask for our bill. He also came back out about 15 mins after we ordered our food to ask my husband AGAIN what he ordered. I got the chicken and dumpling with mashed potatoes, the potatoes were cooler than a freezer. I took most of my dumplings to go, I ate the rest today and found a CHICKEN BONE!!!! I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. A refund needs to happen.

We waited around five minutes to set down. Server took our order. We waited forty(40 minutes) to be served warm not hot food. One of the items we ordered was not available but was not revealed until the food arrived at our table. We have never experienced this before as we frequent your restaurant. Second guessing our next visit.

Not a good experience at this Cracker Barrel. The staff was friendly, seated me quickly, and my food was also served quickly. Problem-- no utensils, salt or pepper on the table. Very difficult to get anyone's attention, and even then it took an additional 10-12 minutes to get utensils, salt and pepper. By then my food was cold. Pretty sure I wasn't the only one. This is sad because Cracker Barrel used to be a favorite.

1st..pickup was promised at 3:29 but ended up being 4:00..this would have been OK but the meatloaf and the steak dinner were absolutely the worst my family has had in a long time..the meat was unappetizing and vegetables were way overcooked and mushy..this was compounded by the fact that the food was lukewarm like it had been sitting out for quite a while.the biscuits and cornbread were as hard as a rock like they had sat out for a couple of days .the iced tea had no ice (perhaps the ice had melted)..it was also lukewarm to..staff seemed rushed but did attempt to be cheerful at least..however I cannot any longer recommend cracker barrel any more since this is the 3rd time in a row it has happened..
