I took my foodie/sushi snob who lives in Santa Fe to Diaz Sushi and he absolutely loved it! The freshness and flavors were fantastic. The staff were so helpful, kind and friendly. It's totally worth the trek downtown.

Me and the family went here for dinner on a Saturday. It wasn’t too busy but we made a reservation because there were 5 of us.The location is on the smaller side, but it’s nice inside.The food was really good! We got the popcorn shrimp roll, the teriyaki chicken bowl, the crab salad, some Yaki soba pan fried noodles and a few other sushi rolls. The price and portions were decent.The only reason I am giving the service 4 stars is because they move so slow. They were very nice and made sure we had what we needed, but again- very slow.I will probably go here again to try more things on the menu.
