3/16/2024: Only 1 person working, no fried foods available (we were told the fryers weren't working), very limited sides, largest percentage of fat to meat ratio ever, and way too expensive to have all these problems.It was a Thursday around 6pm. No one else there when we arrived.Update 3/29/2024: Dickies replied to this review, requesting that I email them, which I did. I have yet to hear back from them.

I placed an order online and went to pick it up at the scheduled time. At pick up, I was told that I had to choose something else because they didn't make any baked potatoes that day. I chose potato salad, which is less in price. I asked to be reimbursed the difference, but I wasn't. On top of that, the meats were too dry to eat, and the chile was too salty to eat. It tasted like chile was put in salt and not the other way around. I had to place an order at Rudy's. I called Dickys and was told the owner would call me but didn't. Therefore, I'm never ordering from this place & contacting the BBB & all legal entities over Food & Beverage.

Thieves!! I never received my order. Showed up to pick it up and the door was locked at 12:30pm. Was told they were out of potatoes and when i tried ordering something else they were out of that. The refund was never processed! I've called and was told the manager is never there so don't bother trying. Tried reaching out to corporate with no response! Enter at your own risk, they're thieves! Horrible customer service! Do better Dickey's BBQ! I'm also going to report to the BBB!

First time at this Dickeys location and won't hurry back. About 2 weeks ago, we were turned away at 11:45 am (45 minutes after posted opening time) because single employee did not have dining room ready.Today, another single employee served us. Both times the guys were pleasant. Today ribs (about noon) were not ready and fryers were down. (Their other sides are better so no loss there). Partner enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. I ordered the brisket instead of the 86d ribs. I assume the brisket is brined as it was tender, even though quite dry. The worst part was the brisket was way too salty to eat. I thought about asking it being replaced with pork, but did not wish to add more to the already busy single employee. The store itself needs attention: women's room out of order, mens urinal out of order and sink looks like tts been glued on as a quick fix.Was told resources go to catering, so maybe they should just close the store and just do catering until they can get better instore management and staff. Dickeys are usually a decent chain, but...

Came by at 1 pm on a Friday, place was empty....not only of customers but also employees. Wandered around thinking this was the aftermath of a robbery, called out, nobody. After about 10 min, as I'm walking out, some dude in a car yells out at me....he is the sole employee on a smoke break, tells me nobody ever comes here, it's always empty....so I left....very weird.

I had never been here before. Was in a good location, but the inside could use more cleaning and tables were wobbly. Staff was nice and had good customer service.

I placed an online delivery order for the Wyoming location the evening we got some snow in town. The online order went through but the restaurant had closed and we were unaware. I have been calling for over a month to get a refund and keep getting told the manager isn’t in, they don’t know when he’ll be in and they can’t do anything to process the refund. No one knows anything and the manager will not return my calls. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.Update 02-12-24: I received the response below and replied via email as requested on the same day. I have yet to receive any additional response from the owner. Additional calls to the manager have continued to be ignored and there has been no resolution to this issue.

This place does not take cash (there's a sign posted on the window). I walked up at 11:15 a.m. on a Monday and there was not a soul there (employees). Posted hours says 11am. Don't waste your time coming here. They probably rush in late and nuke the food with Chef Mike anyways.

I placed an online order on Saturday morning to be picked up Sunday at 11:15 am. We get to the restaurant and nobody is there! The sign says they open at 11. It's 11:20. Finally, a gal shows up and proceeds to tell us our order isn't ready and it will take at least 30 minutes to prepare. We are already late to our little get together. We asked for a refund and went somewhere else. Very frustrating!

Absolutely horrible service!!We spent 74$ just to get what we didn't order. Asked to talk to the manager and got told that we couldn't and I wasn't allowed. Order and pictures of what we ordered was different from online. Found plastic in the meats and their boneless wings were McDonalds nuggets.Got told there was only one person working which is pathetic!Never going back based on reviews this place isn't great

Recently tried the location on The 25 Way (Albuquerque) to give benefit of the doubt from a previous visit. Was not impressed at all. Food was dry and just by the looks of it could tell my entire meal was not going to be a good dining experience. Definitely overpriced even using a discount coupon. Facilty is somewhat dirty. Mens bathroom was in disrepair. If the owners/operators can't take care of their front of house, I'd hate to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I have zero reasons to visit this place again. Two thumbs downs for this restaurant.

This used to be my favorite restaraunt. I went today at 1245 after placing online orders. Doors were locked. I call and then they let me in. We got there late food wasn't even started. You have 2 people in there strung out on drugs making food. I was in there another 30 min. The meat was so salty I couldn't even eat it, either that or it's rotten and that goes for both types I got. Had to tell them multiple times what the orders were to make sure it was right before we left. I had to let another customer in because they kept the doors locked, im sure so they can continue to get high in the office. I will never come back here again.
