I ordered my food and after 30 minutes I asked them if my slice was almost done and they asked me if I paid for it and started acting really rude. I watched them all stand around and joke while there were costumers waiting for food and nothing seemed to be getting done in the back. So I asked for a manager and the one speaking to me told me he was the manager and continued to be rude and talk back. He was super disrespectful and had zero customer service skills. I didn’t even end up getting my food just waiting 40 minutes to end up telling them to refund me and having to go eat somewhere elseI would recommended eating anywhere but this Dion’s. Never had a problem at any other Dion’s but this one always gives me problems

This is my neighborhood life long dions. The New GM and his staff have made this a great place for me and my family and community. I am the head coach of east mountain baseball and they graciously helped us with our team building event. The pizza and salad were off the charts!

Always great service. I mostly use the drive thru.Yesterday I did a takeout order and my cheese bread didn't have any sauce in the Box. First time that happened and it sucked to show up to watch football without the ranch someone had requested.

This was absolutely horrible. Dry roast beef, old pickle, dry old bread, chips were not only old but burnt. Worst meal from Dion's I have ever had. Picture doesn't even do it justice.Parking: NOTHING
