Please give Michael a raise, he was so kind and considerate when we picked up our pizza Sunday. We got there around 8 p.m., and Michael came out and said that it was done, but they didn’t want to give us a slightly burnt pizza, so they remade it for us free of charge. He kept coming out and asking if we were okay. Overall, amazing experience, delicious pizza, and excellent staff. Thank you!

Well, our order came out wrong and my Mom's sandwich ? was completely different than the one ordered. Despite all that. It was still delicious ? and they totally made up for it by offering us another sub to make it right. Way to redeem yourselves.We really love everything at Dions. We had subs and after picking off a few things & missing a few things the other 2 Subs where still fantastic.. Best freaking bread ? EVERI love the Greek and Ranch too

This is for the Wyoming and Academy location. Everything was good as usual.One bad thing, though. The tables are sticky. Even after watching them get cleaned, they are sticky. They need a thorough scrubbing.Kid-friendliness: Most kids enjoy pizza and there are plenty of options. The can also watch the dough being tossed.

Really good pizza just the way I like it. Not too much sauce. Not too much cheese. Trust was cooked just right Got the right amount of pepperoni. It's perfect.
Crunchy spinach salad excellent.Pastrami Sub-overall pretty good but not a 5 star. The whole wheat roll was excellent, pastrami was good quality and generous. A little more provolone & onion would have been nice. Lettuce was wilted and a few bits were brownish. Just scraped it off-Ugh

The order pick up needs to be monitored a little better. My name was called for my sub, when I arrived to the pick up it was gone. I waited awhile before someone came to the counter to help me. I told them I got called up for my order she asked me if someone could have taken it. Which was the case. The girl helping me said they would remake the order as quick as they could which is nice.However about 2 minutes later, the customer that took my order from the counter returned the sub to the counter. The girl at the counter then served me the same sandwich that was sitting at the other customers table for awhile. I didn’t even have to say anything before other customers who witnessed this exchange who were waiting for to go orders stepped in and were concerned about the food safety aspect of giving someone an order that another customer already touched. When the sandwich was sent back, my name was never called back on the speaker. I went to check back with the staff they gave me the same order that was originally supposed to be remade that sat there for 15 minutes.Disappointing experience.

Dion’s has more than just pizza. Great sandwiches and salads too.Parking: Lots of room to park. The drive thru actually goes faster than expectedKid-friendliness: Great place for kids to watch the pizza dough being thrown up in the air. Kind of fascinating for adults too
