Night Manager or supervisor was extremely rude. Slamming the window acting super childish when I was returning my wings because it tasted awful. Pizza was good but not so much of the wings. I’m sure on camera you can see how she was acting. Very unprofessional!!

Terrible experience and multiple experiences at that. Had a driver drop my pizza off at the wrong house and neighbor wouldn’t answer the door after he received pizza. Called and tried to get my pizza delivered again, then brought me someone else’s pizza and I payed more for mine. Called again , they brought me and old pizza and hung up on me when I tried to request a refund . I tipped 20% too and I just want my money back

We order pizza every Friday night. Last week the made us wait over a hr and a half. And screwed up our order, the said the would replace it so today I called to have it replaced and they couldn’t find any thing about the replacement. They did honor most of the order. But still screwed that up. Than I sat on hold for 45 min just to get hung up on. Now I’m heading down there in person. Let’s see how this goes.

Ordered from Dominos app, waited 45 minutes, then they canceled my order without so much as a phone call. They’ve delivered to my house multiple times, then now claim they don’t want to anymore.Talked to phone person who says they can’t do anything, then talk to the manager who says she canceled immediately (45 minutes after ordering).So now we’re without dinner for the family.Don’t bother trying to call, because they’ll just make excuses opposite of what they’ve delivered on, and will make no effort to resolve their bad service.Go somewhere else if you want pizza.

Place an order for delivery at 3:50 it will now be 5:40 and still had not received any updates or anything. Prior to this I had called cause I was having issues placing my order on line and the man said sorry can’t help you at all . Wowww great customer service. Thanks Domjnos ??

I've worked customer service for more than 15 years and am very surprised with the service I received from the store manager Jamie. I ordered two pizzas at the same time my neighbor did. The order showed dilvered, but it wasn't. I called the store, and Jamie told me I put the address in wrong and that all they could do is cancel it. I looked. I didn't do the address wrong she just canceled my order cause she looked up my neighbors order. Then I ended up getting my neighbors pizza and took it to them while my pizza was canceled. Jamie said well nothing I can do, Im not sure what happened, then hung up on me. When I called back, she said you'll have to order it online again, and it'll take a very long time cause it's New years. Jamie then said I gotta make pizzas and hung up on me again. I'm used to Dominoes making it right when they make a mistakes not blaming the customer and being rude.

Ok so I ordered 2 pizzas for carry out, when I got there the pizzas were “not ready” so I waited for an hour and finally received an order, but the order was not mine so I went back to tell them this, they told me that they had gave my order to someone else, and to remake my order it will take another 2 hours to make. Do not come here.
Twice coming there they rebaked pizza, never got ex cheese or extra sauce that was paid for.

The two ladies that were there today are absolutely amazing. Willing to go an extra mile to make things right. I've never had an experience like this at this location until today. Thank u ladies for having such wonderful customer service. The other staff there had never shown customer service the ways these two have. GOOD JOB GIRLS!!! U both are making that location a better place and I hope the company sees that
