Everytime I get a drink from here they ALWAYS make it wrong. Got a matcha with oat milk and vanilla. Easy right? Well they gave me a matcha with regular milk and an ESPRESSO SHOT. GROSS! they remade it but they are too consistent with getting my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I VISIT. I do not recommend ever coming here for your morning caffeine. You’re definitely better off making that stuff all yourself. Get some training for those baristas please. Espresso does NOT belong with matcha.

I have been going to this location for a while now. I do enjoy Dunkin original iced coffee and the little breakfast wraps. This location is hurting because it is the most inefficient location I've ever been to. They have multiple employees and yet we're sitting here waiting 40 minutes in line for coffees! I am well aware of their expanding menu. It's still unacceptable to sit there for 40 minutes at fast food if you can call it that since the food offerings are so minimal. Might as well have just gotten it from the grocery store or somewhere else. Won't be going back here if I can help it.

Worst place to work at, management is awful. Manager doesn’t even know how to train here. Literally worst job you can ever get they don’t pay for the whole hour you work closing up the whole shop. Owner leaves us looking awful and dumb all the time. Manager Debbie tells us we have no common sense even tho she doesn’t even know how to manage a donut shop. lol

Debbie the manager treats her staff poorly and like a drunk on power dictator. The owners take no notice on how bad the employee morale is. Debbie is a horible example of a manager. Debbie is a vindictive person. She fired an employee for a single call out.

First of all, they don’t have any donuts?? I then asked the ridiculously short employee if they had any other food and the Justin Bieber wanna kid said no stating they closed the kitchen. It was 3 hours before closing!!!Not even 30 minutes later a boy I’m assuming is their friend comes in and they serve him food out of no where. The female worker continues to talk to her friend for about 20 minutes. Please hire people who are over the age of 12. Thank you.
