Seafood chow fun was really good. It’s almost 100% authentic Chinese food which is what I love. Highly recommend

I went here yesterday after work for a Chinese New Year dinner. They were already slammed with a full house of Asian people celebrating and the phone was ringing off the hook with orders. They still took care of everyone very well and the food was amazing. They were so busy because everyone knows this place is so good.Order: small wonton soup, combination egg foo yung, garlic chicken. Yeah, that's a lot for one person (portions are very generous), but I wanted to take some home to enjoy over the weekend.SO GOOD, all of it. I wish all of them and you a happy lunar new year. And I appreciate the service.

My husband and I visited East Ocean for the first time yesterday and we were absolutely impressed! When we showed up it wasn't too busy... but as we were there, the traffic coming in and out of the restaurant was nonstop for pickup orders. Considering how busy it was, the restaurant was not too loud and it was warm which I was concerned about since we were by the exit. You could tell they had their regulars and I could absolutely tell why once my food came. The egg drop soup was the BEST I've ever had. It tasted savory and fresh. I ordered the orange chicken lunch special and my husband ordered the Kung Pao chicken. The food also was fresh and hot. The sauces in the food were superb! On top of the amazing food, the service was also amazing! The waitress was quick and friendly. She didn't rush us, but was quick to notice when we were ready to order! We'll definitely be back!

First off, I should mention that I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food in general. Also I'm quite picky having cut my teeth on it in Boston's Chinatown. Anyway...I first tried this place as carryout during the pandemic on the recommendation of a friend. I was quite impressed with the food at the time. After far far too long, I finally went back to dine in with some friends and was so very glad I did. The food was amazing. I got the sesame balls and the vegetable lo mein. Others got the sweet and sour chicken combo and the sesame tofu. It was all amazing. The tofu came with a huge pile of broccoli cooked just right. The service was quick and the wait staff were all very friendly. My friends had a very exuberant small child who was just very excited about everything and our waitress was great about interacting with him and helping him choose his meal. The place is a bit on the smaller side and they seem to do a very good business both as carryout and dine in, so you may have a bit of a wait but it will be well worth it. I will definitely be back!

Been going here for years out of convenience but after tonight's meal I'm convinced it's one of the best in town. Eat in or take out is great. The waitress is amazing and knows what we order everytime before we say anything. Super nice woman (only person we've ever seen on the floor) and a super chill vibe. That's saying a lot considering our family isn't always the easiest to please! Love this place.

I ordered for lunch. Spare ribs. It was A lot of food. Delicious too! Certainly enough for two especially with an order of crab puffs. I ate the whole thing because it was SOOOOO tasty. I would order every day if I could. I'm getting Mongolian Beef tomorrow!

I've been here twice so far. Both times it was fairly quiet and service was prompt and efficient. On my most recent visit I had Singapore noodles and my friend had eggplant with garlic. Both delicious and sizeable portions. I'm looking forward to trying more of their dishes.

poor service. made a reservation and once we arrived we ordered right away less than 10 minutes after arriving. we sat there for about 45 minutes until receiving our drinks, and after an hour and a half we received our food. server was no where to be seen and had to stand up to get their attention for simple drink refills. there were people around us having to clean their own table due to servers not doing it. outrageous service.
