I've always been a fan of the menu at Einstein Bros Bagels. Their selection is diverse and each item is a testament to their culinary expertise. I have gone to this location for years! It is still one of the best in ABQ. Unfortunately the gal at the register is very unwelcoming. I’m super kind to employees but she seemed annoyed and in a rush. It was disheartening because this is my usual local spot and I enjoy spending time here. It took away from the experience and I’m hesitant to go back.

I ordered a turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich and 2 onion bagels. Einstein's is the only place in town where I've found onion bagels. The sandwich was bland in taste with no salt or dressing of any kind. I asked the person who took my order to cut the onion bagels and I found, a couple of days later, that they only cut them halfway. It was irritating because the guy never looked at me when I ordered.
