We made a reservation on open table and got the email that said our reservation was accepted with the green check. When we arrived at the restaurant that evening, we found a note on the door saying that they would be closed for one week (no date given to know when the week started) and they were sorry. Do you even have contact with the restaurants you serve? Why were we allowed to think we had a reservation? This was our first and last time to use open table and we will be telling everyone we know about the problem.

Would give more stars if the restaurant wasn't closed and Open table notified of the restaurants closure!! This restaurant is closed for remodeling and Open table still took the reservation! Showed up w my date, expecting to eat and was met by locked doors at the Elephant Bar Restaurant. Not cool! Zero stars if i could for both the establishment and Opentable!

We went at 11:00 when they opened. Menu is very limited now and food is not good. Seems like they ate just warming prepared food. Didn't have any soup to offer although its on the menu and why we went there for my Mom. Don't think this restaurant will be open much longer
Service wqs terrible, esprcially when thier was only 10 people at the bar and most the restursnt was empty. Food came oit cood and u der cooked overall terrible experience. I would 't recommend going here

I made reservations for Valentine's Day a month ago. I showed up to take my date to dinner and they were closing the restaurant down because they ran out of food. I will never be back to this restaurant ever again and I will let everyone know not to go because obviously management cannot do, no one can do their job no matter what price you pay! I rather eat at McDonald's than eat at elephant bar. Everytime I've been to the Elephant Bar it's always been a problem. Obviously they do not care about their guests if they will not know accommodate the reservations. I hope this is one business that does go out of business because they do not deserve to be in business!!!! Very over priced. Don't waste your hard earned money there. It would have been like girlfriends first time there tonight, but glad I didn't take her there she doesn't want to ever go ever again!

Waited 30min for a table despite having a reservation, then waited almost an hour for the food only to be told they were out of that dish, so we left after being at the restaurant for over an hour and a half without eating and without so much as an apology. Probably the worse experience we've had at a restaurant.

When we arrived for Valentine's Day dinner there were about 50 people in the waiting area. We had a reservation. The hostess was very rude and ignored us for over 20 minutes. I finally went over to her and asked her to at least take our name so we wouldn't have to keep standing there. A manager kept walking around saying they were “slammed” but would get everyone seated. After waiting another 30 minutes he informed us that they were running out of food and probably couldn't feed us. At that point we left. Avoid this restaurant.
Completely ruined Valentine's dinner. An hour and a half after being seated, almost two hours after our reservation, we still had not been served...not even an appetizer. Nothing. Was told “the cook called in”...sorry, but it's not my job to run your restaurant. We got up and left, late for activities already planned for after dinner. I'll never return, and tell others to avoid this place.

If not for the waitress who worked hard to help us we would have walked out. Worst meal I have ever had at any restaurant.

The restaurant is closed on Monday. Our reservation was useless... Why take a reservation for a restaurant that is closed? Probably can recommend Elephant Bar Restaurant - since I haven't eaten there... But I can certainly not recommend OpenTable!!!

The manager didn’t let us open a bottle of champagne for a celebration. We spent $20 per meal and $10 per drink. The restaurant was dead but the service was extremely slow. Our waitress didn’t clear the dishes from the table the whole time. Took half an hour to get the drink I ordered. The food wasn’t all that great. Pretty random having Asian food next to burgers next to nachos. Was not worth the cost.

seated immediately with open table reservation server was pleasant and courteous even though she had a lot of tables to cover everyone was pleased with their food and drinks and the steak was cooked perfectly an overall pleasant experience

We went on an evening when they were very short staffed. The bartender seated us. Our waiter was always present and gave excellent service despite being the only server there. I don't know how he did it. The kitchen staff worked their butts off! Food was great. Dessert was fabulous. Thank you all for working together so well. Kudos.Vegetarian options: Great salad and spinach.
