Ordered a few things to go. Love the pork meat bun! It’s very flavorful and a lot bigger than a Xiao Long Bao. The meat is juicy and very well-seasoned. Bun itself is moist and just the right amount of dough. I also ordered cold sesame noodles, fried tofu and pork stew rice w/egg. What a nice hidden gem in Albuquerque! Owner is very nice too. Everything reminds me of home!

Cheap, delicious food. What's not to love. Also, the woman working here was extremely sweet and kind. We will definitely be coming back to try other dishes, because everything seems amazing here. The fried bread and curry dumplings were fantastic. Not to mention this place is very vegetarian and vegan friendly.

I ate here with family. Shared a bunch of meals. Vegan dishes were indistinguishable from meat. Excellent atmosphere and even better service. I recommend the special seitan.

Finally found a good Taiwanese place in Albuquerque. Growing up in the bay area, it is hard to beat dumplings but Fei's Cafe is amazing. The boiled dumplings, steamed pork buns, and potstickers were the best, I've had since moving to New Mexico. Additionally, the green chili pork buns were the most delicious items on the menu. You have to give this place a shot. The seating is limited but the service is excellent.

As someone who has lived before in Taiwan for many years, I love Fei's Cafe because the food is reminiscent of the best authentic Taiwanese food I had when I was there. Fei's emphasis on nutrition and vegetarianism also keeps me and my husband going to Fei's. Fei herself is extremely kind and genuine and her restaurant will remain one of our favorites for a long time to come.

This is the most authentic and delicious Taiwanese restaurant between Houston and Los Angeles. The green onion scallion pancakes, danzhai noodles, dumplings, noodle soups and bok choy veggies taste just like the street food of Kaohsiung night markets. The owner Fei is an incredibly friendly , welcoming and hospitable host who speaks English, Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkien (Minnan) and even a little bit of Spanish. She is extraordinarily attentive to her guests and provides exceptional service and the best traditional Formosan cuisine and is super accomodating to dietary restrictions, vegetarians /vegans and Buddhist diet. Just one bite from her dish sent us back to the streets of Miaoli filled with the fragrant smell of fried tofu and potstickers. If you like stinky tofu, this may be the only spot you can find it in a thousand miles. 11 out of 10 would recommend. Without a doubt, one of the top 2 or 3 Chinese restaurants in New Mexico alongside Budai, Ming Dynasty and Sushi Xuan. Only complaint is that they only have one location in Albuquerque....would love to see a Fei's Cafe in Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Taos, Gallup, Farmington and/or Las Cruces! This is the most authentic Taiwanese restaurant between Houston and Los Angeles. My sister brought me to the UNM location a long time ago and introduced me to Taro buns. When I moved back to ABQ, I couldn't remember the and thought they closed down. In my new search for fresh and true Taro buns, I found a review of this place, and it was the same lady! Needless to say, I'm here right now and getting freshly made Taro buns. I am so happy to see you're still un business and still as kind as ever. Thank you!I will easily drive another 40 minutes to come back here!

I’m so happy I finally stopped in to try a vegan combo, it was very good! I got the stewed tofu skin with cold sesame noodles and a boba tea to go, but I will be going back to try more items. It came with steamed veggies, bread, and three potstickers, everything was very good. The owner was extremely welcoming and it had a great atmosphere. I will for sure be back to try more items!
