Last time when I ordered in person it was great I got the BBQ brisket with mozzarella but when I try to order on grub hub I can't get mozzarella only because I don't like cheddar ik it's not the places fault its the system etc not much of the modifications hopefully they can change it. But for now I'll have to order somewhere else.

Every time I come to this Firehouse the food is delicious and the people are warm and friendly. And it's usually pretty quiet.Vegetarian options: You can ask them to take off the meat and they have beautiful salads.

Went in to eat around 12 pm. 1 cashier was new, young customer came in with large order. Line was backed up many of us on lunch break waited way to long before they got another cashier. One girl said they didn't have one. Suddenly 10 minutes later I think a manager came up and took our order. Commo sense should be if you have a new cashier and a customer ordering several sandwiches during a rush to step up to the plate before customers start complaining. This review is coming from someone with business degree and minor in human resources. Truly a sad grueling experience.

This place is great. I work up the street so I eat here once a week. The owner is there many times and is working along side the crew which I think is great. The crew is attentive and always greet and thank me. The sandwiches are delicious and a very fair price.

Unfriendly and maybe a hint of discrimination?? I felt tension whilst ordering and when the next couple came in the worker was very friendly towards them with a totally different attitude. Anyways, probably will never have any Firehouse subs after this experience. From a first time customer and last time customer. Sorry ?

Cashier who took our order was super friendly and nice. We ordered 2 sandwiches without cheese. (Lactose intolerance and milk allergy) One came with cheese. Had to wait a while to get it remade, but they got us taken care of.

Ordered online went to the restaurant they said they don't have my ticket. I showed them the receipt firehouse sent to my email ... They said you sure it's for this location, I had to show them wherw on the receipt it had their address, it was for their location.... They said they can't make my sandwich cause they don't have a ticket..... I said I don't know why you don't have a ticket but look here's my receipt on my phone that firecrapsubs sent me. I even showed the manager my bank account where the money came out for the order, showing it was for the same amount as my receipt..... They said they can't make sandwiches without a ticket.... I said I don't know why you don't have a ticket but I paid for sandwiches and I'm showing you my receipt, you took my money out of my account maybe you can make the sandwiches.... They refused and said I needed to call the people on the app. I said thanks for advising me to try and call an app but I was just trying to get food for my family and not become IT support for firecrapsubs... This is the worst experience at a restaurant I've had in a long time... My advice just go to the other firecraphouse subs, this one is terrible.... Better yet don't eat at any of them because this experience makes me wonder why we give money to giant corporations that don't care about their customers and hire rude staff... Go to a family owned restaurant where they care about customers.

I was not the one that made the mistake. I am not Firehouse subs IT specialist. I am truly dumbfounded by the lack of customer service I was offered. So I left there paying for sandwiches that I did not receive.
