Everything at this location was great.My problem with Firehouse Subs is their rewards program. After amassing a large amount of credit the app stopped working and multiple attempts to remedy the problem have failed.I happened to catch the District Manager at this location today. He agreed to check into the problem and text me back. Here is his reply, "Hi Robert. Here is what my corporate contact sent me:'.... unfortunately we don’t have a live person he can talk to. The app utilizes a chat bot as soon as you click the contact us option."'Firehouse Subs' rewards program is controlled by a third party entity. I think that if the folks controlling the rewards program can not be reached and I lose all my acquired credits I will exercise my right to take my business elsewhere.My Jersey Mike's app still works just fine. RF

Got an order to go, all sandwiches I got had some kind of mess up. One sandwich that they gave me wasn’t even what I ordered.
This was my first time to this particular location and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful! The sub tasted fantastic and I would definitely RECOMMEND coming here, the Mac and Cheese... not so much. One of the Mac and Cheese was dry and the other was runny.
