My boyfriend and I have been going here for a long time, and they never disappoint! The food is consistent and good, and the desserts are the best part about this place. The service is great, everyone is very friendly! Only downside is it is a little pricey, but you’re paying for quality!Parking: The parking here during a lunch rush can be a little difficult to find, but any other time you’re able to find parking pretty easy.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots available, and the doors are automatic! There are stairs in the restaurant, so you either have to enter outside from the patio to reach the downstairs, or from the main entrance to eat upstairs near the counter.

We went in for dinner on a Sunday evening. It was busy, but not crazy. Food took a minute to be served, but we are patient so that was no issue. My main issue was that most of the food was TRASH..... The chicken tenders were the SMALLEST slivers of chicken I've ever seen. Because they were so incredibly small, the cook also wayyyyy overcooked them. They were chewy, stringy, and reminded me more of biting the back of a leather saddle than a chicken tender. The small mac we got as a side was also just that, small! and lukewarm at best! For almost $8, you'd think they could give you a solid serving..... I ordered the Fish Sandwich for myself and that was at least good. Not that big either, but i'd say it was adequate compared to anything else. Almost impossible to eat without wearing it, but it was good none the less. The sweet potato fries were complete opposite of the tenders and were very under done. For this wack almost $50 meal I could have went somewhere else and got tons of food, that would have likely also been cooked much better. Their portions suck, their cooking of the food sucks, and their price is ridiculous. I remember other locations having better food at least, so I may try to go to another location but I'll never get food here again!

This store is starting to decline rapidly. They do not value customers. Especially when it’s customers that order online or through DoorDash or an online service. Here is my experience. I ordered food on Sunday because I was feeling a little bit under the weather. Normally it would not be a big deal. But not taking accountability for doing something wrong is concerning. And furthermore a manager that doesn’t want to acknowledge that employee is being rude or disrespectful is even more concerning. I ordered food through DoorDash. They got my order wrong. They didn’t include what I paid for with the original order. So I had to call DoorDash to have them re-order my food because I wanted what I paid for at the store. When the Dasher arrived, they messaged me and stated that an associate or someone at the store told them that I would have to pay extra for an item on the receipt. I told that Dasher that I want my item that I paid for originally. And that it is not my fault that they made my item incorrectly. I then called the manager to explain the situation to him. To let him know that it is not OK for an associate to be saying things like that to the Dasher to reiterating the message to me. It’s unprofessional, and I am not the one that did my job incorrectly at that restaurant. I am, including what the Dasher had wrote me. So there is evidence. Because the one thing that the manager did say is that he did not want to assume that one of his associates said what was said. I let that manager know that I did not tell that Dasher that and DoorDash did not tell that Dasher that. Meaning that it had to be one of his associates. And then just because an associate has been there for a long term with the company automatically gives them room to be disrespectful to a paying customer is rude. All I told that manager after he did not want to talk to his employee with having better manners, when serving customers to maybe reiterate, that and stop being rude to customers, especially paying customers. But the manager did not want to listen. He did not want to listen with reason and he does not want to manage his employees. This restaurant does not take accountability when they do stuff wrong and furthermore. They are going to treat you in a disrespectful manner. Even when they were the ones that made the mistake to begin with. Mistakes are fixable when you take accountability. But being rude and disrespectful and not taking accountability and possibly gaslighting, your customers is your character. Great job on how you guys run your facility. I applaud you really…

Breakfast was delicious. We got the Southwest Bennie and the Two Birds & a Biscuit. I ordered a London Fog and they didn't have Lavender syrup! I was so sad. I would definitely come here more regularly if they had Lavender syrup.

I stopped in here with some family for breakfast and really wasn't sure what to expect. They had all sorts of options which sometimes is a bad sign to me because how good can you really be at making so many items, thankfully I was proven wrong and found everything to be very lovely. I had a London Fog which was fine but the star of the show for me was a breakfast risotto dish. I could eat that thing every day for the rest of my life and not grow tired of it. It was perfectly balanced in flavors and textures and so lovely! If meeting up with friends, it would be best to get there a little early to claim a table, since you order at the bar first then go sit down. But they were great at quickly bussing tables and I really enjoyed this experience. This will definitely be a repeat for future visits.

A bit pricey but good food and a fun place to meet friends. Service is just okay but sometimes they get so slammed and it takes a while to catch up.
