We ordered 2 dessert and tried ordering a puppy patty and pup cup, the young man taking our order was new, and had no one helping him, he was trying, when we got to the window our cone was dripping all over and the lady handing it to me did not offer a cup, napkins nothing, when I asked for it to be made again, she rolled her eyes and said that's how it comes, so I cancelled the cone, she turned yelled for whom I guess was the manager and very angrily throw away the cone, the manger never talk to us, then I had to ask for my receipt as I was charged wrong for the pup patty....I was charged for a whole burger minus everything.....there was what looked like old food and trash in the drive through and it did not look like horrible. This was the worst service I have received at a fast food place in a long time....very disappointed, this is a reflection of BAD management!!!! And franchisees not caring about their restaurant....

The staff did a good job at maintaining great customer service and keeping up with business, it’s sad to see how frequently the staff have to deal with homeless causing issues. But these workers still manage to provide great food and service! Your hard work is appreciated thank you for all you do.

Took 30+minutes in the drive through to get 2 sundaes, and even when we got to the window we had to wait… don’t come here if you’re not prepared to wait a WHILE. We were only there 5th car in line

Waited over an hour in the drive-through. I was at this location a few months ago and was slow but not unreasonable. Today were six cars in line so figured would not be that bad but took over an hour. I know because was watching YouTube. To make it worse my concrete custard was nearly melted.

If you like salt burgers this is the place for you. The burger was so salty I couldn’t eat it, not to mention completely drenched in mustard. I had a mustard salt burger. Yuck! First time ever trying Freddy’s and will most definitely be the last.

They didn't understand the comment "be worth your weight in salt". This food is so salty you feel like a salt statue after Sodom and Gomorrah. Burger has holes in it, it's so thin.

I love the burgers at Freddy's, they are unique. But I gave a low rating due to the price and the length of time it took them to prepare the food. $18 for a fast food lunch is pretty steep.
