Fu Yuang was a great restaurant. I was sorry to hear that it closed, but confirmed from Fu Yuang's Facebook page that they closed on November 21, 2020. They will be missed. The relevant Facebook post follows: "Our Dear Fu Yuang friends, we closed the doors for business on Saturday, November 21st, 2020. Mia is no longer able to meet the physical demands of operating the restaurant. We tried to sell the restaurant to many prospective buyers, with no luck due to COVID-19. We want to thank everyone for their kindness, dedication, & support over the past 26 1/2 years. We will truly miss you all. Thanks for all the memories we have made together at Fu Yuang!"

My family and I have been eating at this restaurant for the past 15 years. It has always been great and always very fresh. I went by yesterday and ordered some food to go.

Super yummy options of Korean and Chinese food!

Wow! What a great find. Owner Chris and all the staff are fantastic, and the food is spectacular. They seem to specialize in Korean. Make sure to try to fire wings (don't be scared, they aren't too hot). The batter is perfectly crispy and the sauce is a perfect compliment. The kimchi jigae is funky and oh so flavorful. The pork inside tastes as if it's been stewing for days. This place deserves all the positive reviews it gets. Try it!

Everything, Top Quality Food!!!

They said they've been open for 40 years... this success makes sense in a city with a mere 2% Asian population. We came for a drive through pickup during the pandemic, and liked that service is prompt and friendly. But we'd gladly wait a little longer for higher quality food. The Kalbi was the most disappointing. It was $18 for beef that was super chewy, and so tough we couldn't eat the best part- the tendon. I've also never seen a kalbi cut so thick-- it was probably twice as thick as it should have been. And the flavor was extremely strange. The chapchae stuck to each other with little sesame flavor, the kung pao tofu barely soaked in any of the Kung pao flavor (again... just cook a little longer).

I just love this place and the owners. Food it so good. Fresh ingredients and great food. Love the little touches that make it extra special. Great lunch specials. Try the bulgogi.

This place is amazing!!!! We have been going here for years. We just ordered takeout and it was phenomenal! We had potstickers ( seriously the BEST IN Albuquerque) lemon chicken ( yum), honey ginger chicken (unbelievable), spicy orange chicken, (Wowee delicious) and vegetable fried rice with brown rice ( THIS is the bomb!!!) you will not be disappointed in supporting this small business. Trust me, we need then to stay in business!

This is by far is the best Chinese and Korean restaurant in Albuquerque. Everything is made from scratch and is done to perfection. The staff is always warm and friendly I highly recommend this restaurant.
