This Fuddruckers is ran down. The carpet is peeling which a cause for a trip hazard. They were out of condiments. The restaurant was not clean. The cheese was cold. The sweet tea was not sweet.

My family and I went here on a Thursday evening and the fries were cold, the cheese sauce was cold and not turned on and the burgers were not the normal. My husband ordered a 2/3 pound and got two small patties on a huge bun - we will stop going to this location. Very disappointed.

I've been eating at Fuddruckers for years, at multiple locations in multiple states. I've eaten at this store several times. And every time was wonderful - until now.I had to wait two or three minutes for someone to come and take my order, but that wasn't a problem since I'm on vacation. The gentleman who took my order was professional and polite and competent, and on that basis I was going to leave a tip on the table.But the food nixed that. I had a third pound Southwest burger, well done, and the only compliment I can give is that they cooked the right size to the right point. Beyond that it was a great disappointment. The bacon was gooey fat, the bun was squishy, and the taste was far below the quality I expect from Fuddruckers.I don't often get to this store, because it's more expensive than fast food hamburger joints (though these days not a lot more), but I always keep it in mind because of the food. But if this is the quality I can now expect from Fuddruckers, I'll stick with Blake's Lotaburger or Whataburger, which are a bit cheaper, and considerably better than what I ate today was.

They are definitely in my top three of hamburger places to eat. If you haven't tried the onion rings, don't delay! Stop what you are doing and go get some! They are second to none!!!

I ordered our order online to go a couple weeks ago from the Albuquerque Yale location. I was missing a hamburger from our order and showing the worker what was missing on my receipt on my phone and he kept counting the burgers out in front of me from the bag he was giving me which was four. On my receipt showing I paid for five. Extremely frustrating. Then when we get home we see we paid for 3 larger patties which was intended and we were given small patties for all. All hamburgers were made on a gluten free bun which we only asked for one burger on those. Drink was forgotten on my order as well. TERRIBLE service and waste of money to pay this amount of money and being cheated what you're paying for. I emailed 4 times to Fuddruckers to try and resolve this and make a complaint and get some of my money refunded and nobody ever contacted me. Save your money and don't bother at this restaurant.
