This Gardunos is the spot! A good mixture of locals and tourists. Great bar with awesome bartenders who are consistent and attentive. If you're a tourist, try the steak and shrimp fajitas. You won't regret it!

Had posole tasted like Hormel Chili. Ordered the favoritos and the food doesn't taste like before. We used to enjoy eating there. No longer going back and service was not good either.

Came for the Easter buffet. Terrible service. Not many people here yet they sat is at a dirty table. No service for ten minutes and when we chased someone down to get drinks still no service for another five.It got better. Service got much better. Apologies for the rough start from a manager.Food was good. Great dessert

Terrible, I went to their Easter buffet,51.00 dollars for the worst buffet I have ever seen, two meats for the main course, beware vegetarians, no seafood, basic salad and very few side dishes. The counters and serving spoons were dirty from old food. The two that took my money couldn't even take my change to my table, as they said they would, I guess they couldn't get past their nose rings. I will never return

Come on Gardunos, you put Albuquerque in a bad place. Nothing was New Mexican food. The taste of both Red and Green were very much off. Not even close to New Mexico Chili. As the chili tasted like can chili (Hormel) the sopapillas were Not made fresh, they were still gooey *you can still taste the unfried dough. They weren't puffy. The waitress apologized for the delay on them, but when brought to the table we were shocked to see how small they were 4x4 squares no puffiness not even golden. Sorry but the food did not sit right. . Like I said it was very disappointing a let down to the True New Mexican Authenticy. I wish I could post my info so the customers can come to my house and experience the great taste of Either Red or Green along with Freshly done sizable sopapillas. It used to be good extremely good. But I seriously would not recommend Gardunos to anyone. Better off going to Blakes across the street and order a New Mexico style lotaburgar. Other than the service overriding the food. No burno....Not good at all. Price is Not worth it. On good note they used to be Authentic Years Back. Dont go there, there's a reason the place was nearly empty!

The live music/guitar player was really good. Our server was really nice and he checked on us often. Our table was a little wonky and off balance but the margaritas were alright. The food tasted ok, nothing special and upset my stomach. Unsure if I’d try again.

Best place for traditional New Mexican food. No Cole slaw with enchiladas like that other tourist trap. Breakfast wait staff really paid careful attention. Got all the orders right. Thank you.

Worst service customer service ever !!! Chelsey was very rude and made excuses for everything! We literally waited 30 min for waitress Chelsey came to our table 3 times to ask if our waitress has come over yet which we had been helped but refused to take our order! There was another table that sat after us and Chelsey took their order and made sure they were taken before we were !! Naomi was overwhelmed just couldn't handle it poor girl she was trying her best ! The manager I believe Jennifer was even worse gave us 5$ off and refused to take off the gratuity literally told us she's not gonna let her server get screwed! That is not how a manager resolves an issue horrible experience ever never will I go back SMH! It is against the law to force somebody to tip. If I don't wanna pay gratuity, I don't have to.Period

Service was non-existent. The meal was approaching room temperature when it finally arrived. I'm sure it sat in the window for 10 minutes. Never received the chips and salsa, and that alone should have sent up a flag; and never received water refills. I have a good feeling that the food would have been good if it was served hot. We never saw our original waiter again after he brought us our tasty margaritas. Thumbs up for those. We had to run down three separate waiters to bring us our food, get our check, and process the card. The original waiter also tended the bar, so I assume he is needed there and I'm sure makes more money by not leaving and checking on the patrons at the tables. The place was not busy at 6:30 Thursday night, so no excuses for that. I broke my rule of eating at restaurants attached to hotels. I cannot recommend it although kudos for the live music and friendly hostess
