Food is delicious but the service is horrendous. Went to dine in, waited 30+ mints for our food. Fine, busy day. Ordered takeout, received our food 20+ minutes after the pickup time (and it was dead!). Once I received my food, I noticed I was missing my drink. So I walk in and no one helps me for 10+. Meanwhile there’s waitress sitting there twiddling her thumbs the entire time. I just decided to leave. If the service wasn’t so bad, this establishment would easily be a 5.

Went here for the first time with my husband, and all I can say is “Wow!” Tons of beers on tap, delicious food and the service from our server Alexis was next level! Great attitude, super attentive, friendly and she had the best recommendations. Will definitely be back for the welcoming environment and top tier service! Alexis was stupendous! <3

Had a pleasant experience at Neighbors tonight. We sat on the patio. Our server was attentive and friendly. My husband and I shared the seafood platter. It was plenty of food for two and the kitchen even split the plate for us which was super nice and unexpected, not many restaurants do that. Overall great experience and can't wait to come back.

I used to love ordering food from neighbors, but the service and quality have gone down tremendously in the last year. The restaurant hardly ever answers the phone, they forget to call and turn off orders for door dash and Grubhub if they don’t want to get the orders, so customers think they can order to go and then it is canceled more than an hour later after being charged. Then for no one to answer at the restaurant, what a joke. This is the 4th time in 3 months I have had issues with this place, and I will not be going back to give them another chance. Take your business elsewhere as the management does not seem to care anyway or the other. Not answering the phone is a big indicator you are understaffed and struggling.... Food used to be so good when they first opened and for a few years me and my family called this our local favorite place, but it has really gone downhill. Very sad as this was one of the only local options in the area.

Did They change management ?Service was overall BAD, from being told where we had to sit, despite others not being told, to our unattentive, slow server, she vanished, Other tables that came in after us were being served their food before us, ( White sweatshirt, purple hair other servers wore their Neighbors T-Shirts) she really woke at the end when it came to tip time though - BADFood I ordered the fish and chips ( I've had them before and liked them)The plate looked odd and tasted odd, the first piece was not very big and tasted old tan in color not golden out of a fryer. What was supposed to be the second piece was 2 smaller square gray in color pieces and they tasted and looked worst than the first one. Not sure if these were found in the back of the freezer floor, but apparently some one found it funny to serve it as fish - HorribleAmbiance was basically the sameI will share this with everyone and we will not come back,It's a shame before this we liked the food and service not sure why there wasn't any management guiding these kids on this Friday, from the Front to the kitchen it was really BAD.
