Food was really good, but service was lacking attention. The restaurant itself was a nice atmosphere, but you can see the dust on everything above you from wherever you sit.

The fried zucchini was good. The burger... overcooked, dry, and significantly smaller than the buns. The buns were stale. I ordered the blue cheese burger and it came with 1 small clump of cheese grumbles. The service was good. We sat outside and the patio was kind of dirty And stinky.

last time i ate here it was pretty busy so the service was slow and food was eh. thought i give it another go. very busy again so my hopes werent high. got the zucchini chips and those were very good and so were the onion rings. now my hopes were high. service was good but then came the burgers. wow so awful. my gf burger was stupid dry and half the suze of the 2 day old bun. my burger bun was so burnt and hard you couldnt eat it. i asked for another bun and was given an even harder old one. so i tossed the bun and ate the burger. this place is the only place that can served a burger that was pink inside and still be dryer then the air in abq. i dont know why so many people come here. guess nob hill and downtowners never had good food in their life to compare

I would say this is the best burger joint in town. The one thing I didn’t care was that all burgers come with lettuce tomatoes and raw onions even though they are specialty burgers. So if you order any of their variations make sure to ask if it comes with those condiments and ask without them. Even the one with the grilled onions has raw onions in addition. Quality of the burger is excellent. The onion rings are beer battered and some of the best I’ve had. Beet salad is top notch.

This place used to be great, but as of March 2024 the quality has declined significantly. The restaurant itself is very dirty and feels poorly maintained. The service is pretty slow for what it is. But the food would more than make up for that, if it were good, which it isn't particularly, especially for the high prices. The worst experience I can have biting into a gourmet priced hamburger is to receive a mouthful of bread, which is exactly what these burgers are like. The bun was a little crunchy and didn't really add anything. For a fraction of the cost and time, you can make a better cheeseburger with ingredients from any grocery store in town.

Don’t usually review places even if I am disappointed, but after reading similar experiences I thought I’d try to save someone else from a bad experience that could be avoided. I’ve eaten here multiple times but it’s been a while since the last time. Today I went spontaneously with a friend and was very disappointed and grossed out by the place. The waitress was sweet, no complaints there but the wait staff looked miserable… never a good sign for a good work environment. The place looked pretty dirty. The cook looked greasy, with a long uncovered beard. Usually I don’t mind cooks not wearing gloves because obviously if they wash their hands gloves don’t matter that much. But this guy looked kind of unclean to me, like it’s questionable if he regularly washes his hands, and he was handling the food with bare hands. So I felt kind of grossed out and a bit uneasy about eating the food. The place made me feel depressed. The staff looked depressed. And the food was not good like it usually is. The fries tasted a day old and had no salt in them, they were cold and inedible. We had thought about going to Freddy’s prior to coming here but I thought maybe it would be a step up… I was very wrong and very disappointed in the amount I spent on it.

There are some eateries that remain in the top tier of "BEST of ABQ" for a reason...great food. ALWAYS. Not fancy necessarily, but reliable. Great cooking every single time you go to the place....food that makes your mouth water just to think about being there. Enter HOLY BURGER! Every single burger, every salad, every plate of the best FISH and CHIPS this side of the Atlantic Ocean...is made to perfection. Their servings are generous and the cooking is done w/love. And....never, ever miss having one of their milkshakes...you'll feel like you're back in time, cruising Route 66. I have to share a secret w/you...I am a Fish and Chips fanatic. I have tried them at almost every restaurant in ABQ. Where are the VERY BEST FISH and CHIPS in ABQ? The one, the only...the place for pure FISH and CHIPS heaven...golden, crispy, light as a feather fish with magnificent crispy fry's is.... HOLY BURGER! Go figure!! Next review?? The BURGERS! We LOVE THIS PLACE! Some of the VERY BEST FOOD in ABQ. Really.

We had delicious grass fed beef burgers- each with its own twist. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve had recently!! It’s a very fun vibe.Kid-friendliness: Informal environment with an enclosed patio
