This place is absolutely awesome! I love the space and the outdoor patio, even at night they have heaters that make the bar so inviting and welcome. They serve food and full menu from MAS the tapas restaurant downstairs which is excellent food. The bartenders upstairs are phenomenal. Caryn and Juliette bring the energy and great customer service to the rooftop. Great place to grab a drink or food even if you're not staying at the hotel.
My friends and I had after-dinner drinks at Ibiza on 10/29/22. The service was friendly and attentive. The ambience is very sleek and urban. The music was so loud, however, that conversation became more about yelling at each other rather than talking. Also, the drinks are pricey and nothing special. I guess you pay for the rooftop experience, which is, at Ibiza, a covered outdoor patio.

Pleasant, airy atmosphere with a decent bar menu. The food was a bit slow to arrive, probably because it was coming up from the hotel restaurant below. Good place for social groups.
