Teenage employees with zero training in customer service. Don't bother placing online orders here because they will not have it ready when you arrive. And if you do, then be prepared to watch them continue to serve everyone else who walks through the door after you regardless if you placed your order an hr prior. Not worth the wait nor the attitude from staff.

the ice cream is good but I do NOT recommend their boba tea drinks. I ordered ‘the besteas’ which is passion fruit and strawberry green tea with lychee jelly. when I got it I tried it and it tasted there was no strawberry in it as well as the color seemed off. I asked if there was any strawberry and they just told me they were out of it so they just used passion fruit syrup. I asked if they could add mango syrup to it and they said yes but continued to make more orders for 10 minutes before I had to ask again if they could just put the syrup in my tea which took her less than a minute. there was also black spots in the tea which is usually what tea looks like when it’s strained incorrectly and it just wasn’t very good.

What an awesome night we had! Me and my grandma came over after a very sad and stressful day, and Annabelle was so funny and sweet to us! It made our whole day! She gave us great recommendations for flavors and even told us some of her favorite add on a for each one seriously best ice cream!!

We recently visited the location on Juan tabo. We had a Groupon and when we cashed out tax was $4.96. The tax rate that was charged was incorrect and we were also given a up charge for a large when we never request a large. The employee stated that it was mandatory to charge us for a large when it wasn’t request. The never offered to correct the issue or refund us for the difference.

Why would you have a screen to order when the staff is there. Definitely would have been better with more of the staff talking with the guests. Every person that came in was super confused. Then the machine asked you to leave a tip. FOR WHAT????????? The machine. NOPE!!!!

The cereal killer roll is yummmmmy! The toppings are at no extra cost. Staff are super friendly and make your experience pleasant! I want to come back to try more flavors.

The ice cream was… bland? There wasn’t much flavor to it. My fiancé ordered the Nutella one and it tasted only like banana. I ordered the horchata and it tasted only like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The cheesecake bites were freezer burnt. The service was good, the girl that helped us was very kind and polite.
