No paper towels in the bathroom. Poor service, no silverware or napkins were brought to our table. Had to track down the waitress in order to get our bill. Staff just stood around talking to each other.

I encourage anyone who has been to the location to check their receipt. Per the manager on duties yesterday the system raised the prices, and the menus is not reflecting the change. We were charged 7.99 for a 5.99 item. The manager refused to change it since “the system “ was right. I did get a call from the general manager who corrected the issue on my bill, but I am cont about how long has this been happening? How many other customers were overcharged and didn’t notice.

This place is filthy. We were seated at a dirty table. No one ever came to wipe it down and the coffee pot from the previous customers was left on our table the entirety of our visit. The sausage is inedible, squishy and slimy and disgusting. And now a few hours after eating there my daughter feels like she is going to throw up. The server was very unclear. I ordered ice tea and he brought me a cup and tea bag and hot water. I won't return. To this location.

Manager allowed toddler in the area of the kitchen while a waitress held her while preparing drinks for customers. Waitress associated with family or friends as customers while on the clock in the kitchen area. Waitress avoided, giving refills or checking on tables as she continued talking to friends or relatives, who are dining in. Man cook in kitchen continue to eat while cooking and preparing food for customers. Manager allowed customer's to fill their own drinks and be in kitchen area with hairnets, and gloves and touch and prepare their own desert. Observation of these few violations should be inspected and reviewed.

Extremely disappointing experience today, we come here all the time and is great, today we the complete opposite, we got seated right away, then, nothing, got ignored for the next 15 minutes, no drinks, nobody came to let us know anything, but the nail was the nasty menus, we had to pry them open, sticky, currently on our way to cracker barrel, at least they keep refilling the coffee while you are waiting.

I have to say We had good food tastey fast delicious. Way better than the food at Cracker barrel. Our waiter was helpful and courteous. My hashbrowns were fresh and good. Bacon was perfect. Will return.
This place was the worst! The hostess was rude our waiter messed up on our order 3 times! The pancakes I had were not cook thoroughly. We let the waiter know but he seemed to not care. Overall it was a waste of our $ and our time. Not a good environment to eat at. ??

30 minutes to cook breakfast with less than 7 customers inside. Food came cold. I did not make a fuss and paid to satisfy the bill. I'll play it safe and save money and eat at home from on.
