HAIR IN FOOD. We’ve all found hair in our food but I’ve never found a clump of hair like this! Went in on a Friday and the line took about 20 minutes to get our food. The people in front of me sent their food back, which should have been a sign, but I had already waited this long. When I got home I found this huge and disgusting clump of hair right as I opened the packaging. I called immediately and the manager told me he wrote down my info and to go in the next day and get my refund. Saturday comes around and I go to get my refund and they tell me they can’t refund me and there isn’t any info of me calling the day before. The manager and staff all asked multiple times if I want my order remade. I could not express enough how much I did NOT want my order remade because of how disgusted I was by my order. How does a clump of hair that big go unnoticed!? The manager told me he called his GM and she didn’t answer so I just asked him to have the GM call me directly. I get a call on Monday and the GM assures me that I will get my refund, I even offered more info than was asked to make sure I got my refund. I ordered on April 7, 2024 and talked to the GM on April 10, 2024. It is now April 19, 2024 and have not received any refund. Normally any company would refund immediately based on the circumstances, especially taking to a GM. I don’t normally write reviews and usually only do so because I really liked a place but this was just a horrible experience all together. The hoops I’ve had to go through to get a simple refund is rediculous.

This location is in New Mexico. I will say "awesome" just fantastic, no complaints at all. The sandwiches were on point. The worker who assisted us, had spectacular, quality, customer service. This place gets my must try vote. Happy eating y'all.

Yall really don’t ever listen do you? It’s the simplest of jobs to listen to what people ask you to put on a sandwich and yall really can’t even ever follow smallest requests. It’s $30 for 2 sandwiches like what’s yalls deal not being able to listen to what to put on a sandwich. A bunch of stoners work here I swear.

That one Guy
As a person that has been to multiple locations. I would definitely say this is one of the better Establishments Everything was quick, easy clean and on point The customer service was a little indirect But it was relatively busy and The workers were kind of young, so it's to be expected. That is in no way saying the customer service was bad at all. They were all great.
Fast service and delicious subs. The restaurant is very clean and the food is fresh and perfectly prepared. Everything I have ordered has been superb and if the highest quality.

Placed an order for a few subs. After placing my order, the person slicing meat asked me to repeat my initial order which was a giant 56. They had a lot of orders, gave us the cold sub, and then said they would call the grilled one out when it’s ready. When the called it out, I saw it was only half of what I ordered. I let them know, they said they’d make the other part. They called me up again and said they only charged me for a regular and charged me for another sub. I don’t mind paying, but having to pay extra was very upsetting. The employees were rude, the lobby was dirty, mats were still rolled up and left by the doors, it was just an overall very poor experience, and to have to pay an extra $5 on principal was very frustrating.

Super delicious! The bread was soft and fresh. They slice the meat when you order. They have limited toppings but what they have was fresh. They have this red pepper relish thing that was to die for. I can't wait to go
