Absolutely love this place! They make the best Philly cheese steak sandwich in town! The Italian is another favorite of mine and made just right every time. The service is always awesome, staff are friendly, and the place is always clean. My new favorite sandwich place. The sandwiches are good and I enjoy them. The customer service was not good. I went there twice recently, and I was completely ignored and not even acknowledged by the staff. Restaurant was not busy and 4 people working. Guy in front of me literally cutting meat never said anything to me and the other workers were standing there. I never ordered since they were ignoring me and I just left. Second time that has happen and same location.
