The supervisor of this location refuses to follow the FDA and the federal regulations when it comes to food allergies. A friend asked him to change his gloves because of an allergy to tomatoes. After refusing, he then proceeded to berate my friend, which we have on video. He continues to swear at my friend and called them weird, saying "we don't serve weirdos". Please do better when choosing who works for your company. This supervisor is extremely arrogant and shouldn't be in the position they are in. Do better.

The service here is terrible. I ordered my sandwich a certain way and when I called the gentleman that I didnt request it that way. I distinctly remember completing the order with the extras. As he continued to argue with me I told him it may have been the system and he told me the system is for 3000 stores and hung up on me of even offering a solution. I called back to get supervisors name and they did not answer. I do not recommend this store based on the service I received.

I ran this store for one year! I reduced the profit loss by half in that year. It is immensely satisfying that the business has died since I left. The level of 1 star reviews is the entire fault of the owner, Matt Gruber. Does he not care? Has he given up on running a successful business? Who knows! All I know is when I was BEGGING for help to run HIS business, he replied that I 'had to be cool' with employees. What's cool about hour and a half deliveries? Ask him. It's really not hard. you just have to spend the money.

We ordered through doordash and payed extra for them to toast the sandwiches. And when we got the food it was not toasted. We called and asked if they could remake them because we payed extra and they told us no because we ordered it through DoorDash and we would have to call them. You’re telling me you can’t remake the sandwiches that you messed up on and yet it’s door dashes fault?

I ordered a sandwich combo for delivery. It took 1 hour & 40 minutes to deliver. I told them to add a tip to my card. When I checked my bank Jimmy Johns over tipped themselves without notice or my authorization. VERY DISSAPOINTED I will never order from this place again. Workers steal your money under you. BTW the sandwich was not that good. ? I've called several times and no answer.

Pretty rude People running this place. Google says they're open at 10 so I show up at 1030. The doors unlocked. I opened it and the employee tells me with a pretty awful attitude they're not open and slams the door in my face.

I placed my order directly to Jimmy John's online at 11:06 a.m. to have my order delivered by 12:30 p.m. I called the store at 12:58 and I spoke with Roger and he indicated that they only had one driver and were behind. I asked if my order was already made and ready to go and then he suggested that I come and pick it up, which that defeats the whole purpose of delivery. He then said it would probably be only a few more minutes. Of course, 1:35 rolls around and still no order. I called them and had them cancel my order wherein he said that he would void it. It is 5 days later and my bank statement shows that I still got charged for the order I never received. I called and spoke with Roger, again, and he said it's out of their hands because he said he voided it and that I would have to contact my bank. Very frustrating, I also told him that they have lost a loyal customer and he just hung up on me!

I don't care about half of you picky reviewers, the customer service is FREAKING AMAZING. I ordered my usual sub from this location through mobile ordering. I put my name down as "Spongebob Squarepants" and the delivery guy shows up while playing music from the show and delivers my food. 10/10 will order from this location again, and only from this location. Give that guy a raise. Give all of them a raise.
