This is not one of their freaky fast locations.Expect delivery to take an hour. DO NOT TIP THE DELIVERY DRIVERS THROUGH THE APP. There is no way to change it afterwards so your order gets pushed to the bottom of the delivery list as they already have their incentive.

I moved here from the East coast, it took me a couple of months to actually find JJ it's like being back in the North End, the bread is the key, it was very clean, I went there 3 times the first week, any displaced Bostonians should check it out. The Pepe

Had #7 very good, looking like manager does most of work, cleaning etc, one employee came in from delivery, didn't wash hands but put gloves

Pretty good! Overall service was good, the crew was talkative and friendly yet professional -- they seemed to be having a good time too which is a rare sight. The food was also good, and they made my sandwich the way I asked! (A strange compliment, but many locations unfortunately mess up your sandwich) although I wish there was an option to toast your sandwiches and maybe some other bread options which is the only thing hurting this review, but that's more of an establishment problem than a customer service problem. They were gymbros too which is great to see!

I'd give it another star if employees weren't cussing around while I was eating.

Great bread and fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Bright, clean environment. Love my solid fave: The #6.

Pre-ordered so I wouldn't have to wait, gave the about 5 extra minutes, still had to wait 20 minutes for them to complete the order.

Went in for a late lunch, Horribly dirty, the staff are literal children throwing things in the kitchen, making fun of the customers behind their backs, no changing of gloves, they cut my sandwich with a dirty knife with a bunch avo still on it (I ordered a gargantuan). Just awful. Massive changes need to happen this is unacceptable on every level. Part of me wants to call the state health department

The most unprofessional experience I've had at a restaurant. Walked in to 3 employee's sitting at the table by the door on their phones. When I asked for my online order, the worker behind the counter said they ran out of bread. He said there was fresh cooked bread but it was too hot to touch. One of the workers sitting at the table, told me they tired to call and tell me. I had no missed calls and no messages. No one tried to rectify the situation, it does not take that long for bread to cool down. A sandwich shop should never run out of bread in the first place. We've had many problems with incorrect orders from this location, but decided to give it another try. We will never return to this location again. Its a shame because we like the food when its right, but its not worth the frustration.

I can't complain about the food, however the service is poor I felt rushed when giving my order. Once I sat down and started to eat the big native guy began to whistle very loud and it seemed to be deliberately obnoxious. I went up to the counter to ask for napkins and instead of him handing me the napkins he told me they're right there grab some where they were sitting behind the counter so I literally had to reach over the counter to get my own napkins( it's not like he works there or anything) sat back down and the whistling persisted. A customer came in to pick up an order and as she was leaving the native guy yelled out " bananas!". Everytime a customer would leave he would yell something silly as they were exiting. When I finally had enough and left, the big native guy started howling like an injured baboon. As I am sitting in my vehicle writing this review I can still hear him hollering. Very very very unprofessional!!! They have infants working here handling people's food. Forgot to mention there where dirty gloves thrown on the floor by the trashcan at the door. If they behave this immature I definitely don't trust that they are handling our food properly. Definitely seem like the kind of children who would pee in the bucket of pickles because they think it's funny. Or worse!!! DON'T EAT the MAYO?
