Good thing this location is closing for good. Probably should educate the guy working today on how to work with the public. He was rude and wasn't listening to the order. He was slamming the containers on the counter. THE GLOVES WERE NEVER CHANGED. Mine was not blending and rather than add more liquid, he just kept hitting the machine. Finally he gave up and tried to pour my drink into the cup and since the fruit was not completely blended, it was too thick to pour. He took his HAND and scraped the excess smoothie off the top of my cup and then threw the excess on the floor. (DISGUSTING) This guy has no business working in the food industry.Also, shame on Keva for expecting their employees to run a place by themselves with online orders coming through also. There should always be 2 people. Especially for safety reasons.

Smoothies and juices are great! It would be really nice to be able to order over the phone. I don’t want to download another stupid app! What if I didn’t have a smart phone? They also don’t have all of the options listed online. For them to ask for a tip afterwards too is annoying. This is fast food and no one went out of their way to help. What exactly makes you guys think you deserve a tip?

Great experience, friendly employees, delicious smoothie, and also I didn't know but this location is cashless and I was gonna pay with cash so glad I saw the sign and grabbed my card to pay instead, but just a heads up for anyone else cause it doesn't say it anywhere on their Google profile from what I can tell, I only found out from seeing the sign in the window when I pulled up. Anyways, it was a good experience overall!

Ordered two dragon smoothies. Worker was friendly but my smoothie wasn’t blended all the way and fruit didn’t taste fresh very tasteless he added too much ice so my drink was chunky and full off chunks of fruit I couldn’t even drink it through my straw. On top of that we were given cups with a lid that didn’t fit and my smoothie was leaking everywhere. Won’t be returning to this location

Just witnessed a customer be about as rude as I've seen anyone behave in a food or drink establishment. The young ladies working handled the situation with grace and class. I would have not afforded the customer the kindness that these employees did. Great job Jayden and Rainee!

I used to come here at least twice a week.They are under new management.I don't like the way the drinks are made or the attitude that comes with it.She is rude and adds too much ice to everything making it too thick and flavorless.I asked for a drink carrier after waiting almost 30 mins for my order.She snapped at me and said "I am doing too many things and give me a second."After waiting that long and she is going to give ME attitude?! Will not be returning to this location

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Such unfriendly people, I had ordered online and called to see if they could make them for me later since I had an emergency. When I came to pick them up they gave me hot, water down juices. I understand that I was late to pick them up so I smiled and said thank you. The girl handed the juice to me very annoyed and said aha. I smiled and she rolled her eyes at me.

My wife wanted a smoothie, and this was the closest Keva Juice to where we were. Smoothies were good. They add in supplements now too. One nice lady in the store when we were there. She was cheerful and nice. Lots of choices to choose from. Good Smoothies.

On a good day you can walk in and get your products in less than 10 mins. On a bad day it'll take over 40 mins as they must do phone orders first.
