They closed at 8 I showed up 20 till orderd a drink payed for it and about 2 min after that they said they couldn't make it because they already broke down the juicer and they would have to get out the cucumbers and spinach and juice them for my drink??? I ordered a juice at keva juice they said no we can't make u a juice?

Said keva juice is closed for an inconvenience but I don't see the inconvenience with the store and the note doesn't really explain what's going on either.

Service was really good and staff was super friendly. The product however was not good at all. I got the blueberry açaí bowl and it was so watery and tasted like straight juice. It was so so sweet. I wanted to add peanut butter and it was full of every single bad oil (soybean vegetable etc.). Their styrofoam bowls are too tall and narrow, you can't mix up your bowl and stuff falls out when you try to take a bite. Def the worst açaí I have had. I was not impressed and will never be back. Thankfully staff was very pleasant that is the only positive thing I have to say.

Keva is always consistent and very tasty. Prices aren't bad at all compared to other smoothie shops

Walked in to pick up my app order to no one out front and my receipt from my app order hanging off the printer. Order not made. Complete moot point ordering online. Guy walks out and asks what I’d like. I asked for my online order. The previous reviews speak unfortunate volumes about this location and its pattern of not completing online or drive thru orders. Def prefer the academy location.

Visited on July 5, 2023 and my experience was awful!Went through drive through, ordered an acai bowl and that was fine. Paid at window, then waited 15min for person at window to try to give me the order fro the car behind me. Then she asked what my order was! I repeated it and it took another 10 min for them to give it to me. Also a car full (4) of people went in and came out while I was waiting. The bowl was totally melted like drinking cold water. Worst experience I have ever had for $9+.

Come here frequently but today was a bad experience, waited at the drive thru speaker for about 5 ish mins waiting to place my order, their was no one in line either btw, placed my order and usually they bring the tablet to the window to tip and confirm the price of the order but this time it wasnt like that, the worker had taken my card and asked if i wanted a receipt before he had completed the transaction which was weird to me, i asked for a receipt and didn't get one, about 10 mins later another worker brought me a different order and was clearly confused on what was going on, i had to reorder with her and she brought me my order just a size smaller. Really disappointed with this experience, they have made a few mistakes in the past but this was just ridiculous.
