Had ordered chicken from the local grocery store, and they lost my order. Went to KFC and was able to order the meals I needed for the celebration of life we had on Easter Sunday. They did a great job. The staff was very friendly!

The general manager needs to be fired. He hides in the back of the store does not greet anyone when they walk in the door makes a new employee get off their lunch break to help us he had me waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes and another girl on her lunch break in the Drive-Thru waiting for 21 minutes. Customer service this is not his business it's easy simple stuff you can't be professional then find a different job. I've been going to the store for 7 years never once have I been treated like that something needs to change. I have a sick child I'm trying to get food for quickly and it took an hour and 15 minutes maybe if I was a white woman he would have helped me faster

Just wanted a famous bowl but I guess it’s to hard to popcorn chicken in the bowl instead I got a single tender with mashed potatoes. No cheese no corn might as well have just got the mash. The laziness just blows my mind.

The employees are extremely rude. We went to order and asked a few questions when we went through the drive through and they ignored us. When we went to the window trying to order we saw the employees crouching to avoid being seen (did not work very well) and the employees also took the phone off the hook after we called once. We have all worked in a fast food industry at least once in our lives and I have never done this to a customer no matter how much or how close we were to closing (we showed up an hour and a half before they closed). We also saw that they took another persons order after we drove off.

do not go to this place!! the employees are very rude and weird, i ordered 2 famous bowls from there and when i was receiving my change the employee gave it to me so weirdly it creeped me out and there was no cheese on it and the chicken looked like they took a chicken tender and cut it up into 4 pieces nor was there hardly any gravy on it

Went through the drive through and tried to order something i forgot and as i tried asking nicely she said “we can’t do that my boss said we can’t”. Other employee was talking with her and lady at the window named “ Ganeba” with glasses said “I Hate when they do that”. Poor customer service at this location there just all rude.
