If I can give it -10 stars I would worst kfc in Albuquerque food soggy cold biscuits hard dry gross get rid and the young workers hire mature adults that want to work it went down just like the food bean burritos shrunk lol money hungry owners!

We used to patronize this particular KFC-Taco Bell as it is an easy 5 minute drive from our home. We have never experienced such a drastic drop in the cleanliness of ANY OTHER RESTAURANT as we did here. Tables are usually sticky and/or wet no matter what time you arrive here. The floor is like wearing suction cup shoes, due to inadequate cleaning. The drink area is usually in shambles with liquid (unknown if it’s soda or water) spilt, as well as plastic lids scattered about, and usually one or two drink dispensers “OUT OF ORDER!”There is one person who has always given great service, although I can never get his name because his name tag isn’t visible. But he is the one who’s working mainly one handed, due to a malformed hand. And before anyone jumps on me for my description of this GREAT WORKER, I too am Disabled, so I fully understand the challenges that one faces in the workplace that isn’t very worker oriented. But for this one gentleman, it would be a fully one star review.As for the food, it used to be quality, and prepared by workers who had pride in their performance. Orders usually contain one, if not more, errors! That’s ok (or not) if you’re eating in, as you can try and get the error corrected. But if you carry out or use the drive through, more often than not, once you get home, you’ll have to decide if going back to the restaurant is worth your time & effort. Unless the management changes the status quo, this is a place to avoid at all possible costs!

Terrible customer service. The whole time I felt like I was a bother didn’t even reply whatever I said things. Then at the end, I said thank you twice just in case they didn’t hear the first time and didn’t even reply. Please play these people more so they can act nice and like human beings again.

Picked up dinner from this location for dinner. please explain why our chicken looked like they belong on the set of a Willy Wonka show?? Paid almost 50.00 for our dinner and ended up spending more because dinner became a snack....

I really don't understand how this store/restaurant can go this long without any improvement. This place does not seem to care or put any effort in providing quality service or food. They continue to hire incontrate and rude people and allow this behavior to continue. There are so many low reviews, but there are never any return remarks from an owner, manager,etc to provide any professional feedback. We have given this place several changes and have seen that they are not improving. Some experiences are worse than others during these times. There were many times the lobby was locked and times where they didn't even put a notice on the door. The people at the counter have no patience while you are ording and seem to get upset. There is never a smile on their faces. If you ask them a question they don't want to answer you or even check with another co-worker or manager to find out the answer if they don't know the answer. They are slow, food is cold, incorrect order, and or food and service is not up to par. Most of the tables are dirty, trash is many times over full, lots of water around the drink station and noone comes to clean it up or put and yellow or orange cones or signs to warn people. They use to offer a military discount if you asked, but there was no standard, meaning at one time our bill came to $65 and they gave us a 0.4 cent discount. Another time we spent over $40 dollars and they give us 0.75 cents off and so on, but another time they seem to use the correct button and we would get the usually 10% off. Last night we ask if they had a military discount and she just said No, we asked when did they stop the discount and she just knotted her head and said this year. We said oh it just started, because the new year just started. She was also not kind, had no patients and also did not seem to want to answer us when we had a simple question.

Yes, it is fast food. Keep that thought in mind when you have a bad experience. Do you think a teen making minimum wage cares if your food tastes good or treats you like a human being?

Fix your drive up intercom and teach your employees how to speak clearly into the microphone. After going back & forth 5 or 6 times I finally gave up and drove away. There are other fast food joints in Albuquerque; and this is not the first time I've had trouble at this KFC/Taco Bell location.

I ordered 9 tacos from KFC/Taco Bell on Paradise & Universe that were all soggy. I think the taco meat sat in the shells at the restaurant for too long before being given to me. I thought they were made to order! Obviously not!

Absolutely the WORST KFC we’ve ever had. Ordered 8 piece extra crispy with slaw & mashed potatoes. Chicken is so crispy you can’t even bite it & the chicken is so dried out it tastes like chicken livers. Slaw I usually love but this time the taste is awful as it is filled with chunks of bell peppers. Who can mess up instant mashed potatoes you wonder? Well if you add gravy that is more water than gravy flavorI gave a piece of the crispy outside of chicken to my husky and one to my lab they both laid down to chew like a bone at one point I thought my husky broke a toothFor the price of this meal at least we should be able to eat it. I’d take it back but I’m not wasting gas to drive the 15 minutes each wayWhat ever happened to taking pride in your work & the product you put out

All the employees are inept and they always get at least one thing wrong with the order every time. It’s actually kind of impressive how awful this location has consistently been for the past four years.

Twice in the month of December the employees said they were out of chicken to include original, crispy, chicken strips, and chicken pot pie. Once at 6:50 PM and another at 7:15 PM. Staff were too busy joking and could care less. It looked more like lazy staff who could care less about the KFC franchise and its owner. Sad to see KFC sink to such low standards. No wonder this is a poorly rated KFC location.

Service was fine, but a little slow through the drive up window. Employees were courteous and professional, but when getting my order home discovered that the bucket of chicken was a piece shy of the stated quantity on the menu.
