Ordered online. Walked up to doors at 6:10pm doors locked only drivethur had to wait for first car and only car to finish their order. Pulled forward because the girl couldn't find my online order. She said sorry and that was it. I said I probably won't ever come here again. Call customer service to get my refund. If there was a way to give this location negative 2 ⭐️ I would but you have to give them 1 ⭐️ to write a review.

I ordered 8 piece bucket, dark meat & original. That is SUPPOSED to be 4 legs & 4 thighs. I received 3 legs, 3 thighs & 2 breasts. The breasts are too dry to eat. The legs & thighs were reheated way too many times. I would have returned it all, but I didn't check the order til I got home. (35 miles in East Mountains). Surely KFC can teach its employees to count all the way to FOUR (4)!

please don't eat here just for the fact that I had found a fly in my drink not only in my drink but In an ice cube and I always eat my ice and I saw something dark in my drink and when I saw it in the light it was a fly frozen in an ice cube about to defrost in my drink and I almost drank it .

Love the original spices.August 4, 2023UPDATE: Went to get the General's. Original Meal Deal. Couldn't get it, had to settle for Chicken Pot Pies cuz an 8 piece meal is $27. Instead of the $20 it used to be....
The only bad thing about this particular KFC is the area it's at. I feel completely unsafe when we come through here. There is always TONS of junkies & bums in the parking lot and around the building. You also have them coming in try5 to refill their bottles.I do have to commend the workers for having to put up with those people and doing their best with them. I understand there's only so much they can do so they don't get harassed by the vagrants.Maybe if the police would do their job and had more of a presence in that area, it may not be as bad, but everytime I've gone through, you usually have people using drugs or in the open without a care in the world. Some that are just standing there zonked out and look like they're sleeping while standing and they're pants falling down...Also, this particular time it smelled really bad like if there was a backed up sewage or sewage line broke? Unsure if it's the vagrants using the restroom all around or if it was something needing to be fixed??Unfortunately this is the closest KFC. Sometimes I'll go out of our way to one further, but a lot of the times you just don't feel like going out further...Picture of just some of the junkies behind the KFC. Still in the same parking lot. There was more around the store and to the west of it. This was just south of the building. And there was more to the left.

Went there to get a bucket of chicken with the fixings as advertised on TV for $19.99. Saw the ad this morning (Saturday). Get to KFC drive thru and guess what? That special is over. I wasn't going to argue since I could barely understand her anyway. This isn't the first time I've gotten the KFC bait and switch. It's really a shame that a well known and respected company would stoop this low. I will continue to go to KFC because I love the food but not this one.

Horrible crispy chicken burnt to a pulp can't even chew it feel like chewing rocks too many kids working laughing and playing I'm not going back didn't want to go to first time but I was hungry $30 for what nothing
