it’s the same quality as the overrated boba tea in the mall… fresh boba is the reason i come here :(These boys that work there never cook the boba right, it’s HARD and GROSS!!!!It’s been too many times that it’s good one time and trash the next. Time to find a new boba spot I guess.

This place is the worst milk tea, I request less ice and 50% sugar but I still get half cup of ice and the milk tea is tooooo sweet. Wait for 30mins. Never come again.

I just found out that the employees have been making the drinks with more sugar than was asked. As someone with diabetes this is dangerous for them to be doing. People ask for sugar to be excluded or at a lower percentage for a reason. The manager at the Coors location is was rude and didn't care or want to correct this action. I am very disappointed in this location.

I placed an order through the mobile app. When I walk in the store to pick it up, I see a frantic worker who politely tells me “I’m working on that order. I’m the only one here.” He has 3 other people waiting for their orders. I ended up just taking drinks that weren’t mine because he made them, no one claimed them, and I was waiting over 30 minutes for my order that I did for pick up through the app. This poor worker was trying to do it all by himself. I think there needs to be more help, especially on days where there are deals in the app and it may be more busy. I felt for the worker because I could tell he was trying his very best, but was under a lot of stress :(

This place is super awesome! The tea is very delicious and the service was very nice! I got their limited edition “spooky slush” and it was SO good! My mom doesn’t even like tea and even she thinks their tea is good! I’m going to be sad to see the spooky slush go, but it will be a nice treat for next year if they have it again next year. I can’t wait to go back there again and try their boba options!Parking: Tons of parking.

I'm all for drink variety especially with Asian drinks. These were super sweet and the size was small for the price. It was a nice try but I don't think I will return. These type of places are popping up everywhere. Didn't plan on this but it was a spur of the moment decision. Maybe I just made the wrong menu choice. YMMV

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kung Fu Tea, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by two of their male staff members. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. First and foremost, let me mention the efficiency and attentiveness of these two individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt valued as a customer. Not only did they take the time to explain the menu and provide recommendations, but they also exhibited great patience in helping me make my selection. Their product knowledge was truly impressive. I had some specific dietary restrictions, and they were not only able to guide me towards suitable options, but they also knew the ingredients of each drink inside and out. It's evident that they take pride in their work and are genuinely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. What struck me most about these two staff members was their enthusiasm and friendliness. They engaged in casual conversation with me and made me feel right at home. It's not often that you encounter such a level of personable service, and it left a lasting impression. Lastly, their attention to detail when preparing my order was second to none. My drink was not only delicious, but it was also presented beautifully. It's clear that they take pride in their craft, and it shows in the final product.
Nicely done with charm and speed. Go here if dessert is what you need. Boba can be served with brown sugar syrup too. Yum.

We found this place by accident. But we were pleasantly surprised to find they use Lactaid milk! We love tea but are lactose intolerant. We ordered several teas to try. The servers were very friendly and helpful. I love the neon dragon on the wall. The honey oolong milk tea was good. You can adjust the honey so it's not too sweet. The iced chai milk was a strong tea with good flavor The cocoa lava slush was awesome with chocolate chunks in the bottom. The Thai milk tea is good. It's not too strong. The pineapple slush was very good. It was sweet but good.

I looked up on Kung-fu Tea's menu and saw there was Mango Sago so I came in and asked if they had it available and they were quite rude unfortunately :( I would have tried something different but the experience made me leave without purchasing anything.
