Omg everyone is so rude here they will give you stare at you and I think they just hate native people our food was good last time but this time it was soggy, disgusting, not good it didn't taste good like the last time, it's a nice place it's just the people here being so rude, I am definitely not coming here again

The food was decent my burger was overcooked for the price but someone in our party never received their chili dog. When we brought it up to “management” the lady working was very rude and did not seem like she wanted us to return after not giving us our food and was very hesitant to give a refund after we even asked nicely. Nobody even apologized for anything like forgetting the food or anything like that. Very unprofessional won’t be back to this location

I usually like Laguna burger. Today, I was very disappointed. The meat was burnt dry and tasted like leather. The bun was cold, and the onion petals were very greasy. Not much love put into the cooking!

Although this place has good food, the service is terrible! Straight when you walk in your greeted by a puddle of what seems to be lemonade. the workers also forgot about the water in the sink and left it running causing it to overflow. Workers are very rude and were on there phones.

I went in 4/7/24 anyway there was four of us we ordered the wimp burger the cook smashed the meat so much it was dry and we waited for a long time for our order you would think it would of come out hot very disappointing ?

Always great food, that’s a given. The lady taking orders wasn’t rude, just not friendly, welcoming or personable at all. None the less, I enjoyed the meal as usual. Can’t wait for the Rio Rancho location to open!

When we got our food our order was not correct. The people next to us were having the same issue. I asked for no mustard on my burger, It had lots of mustard. When I informed the lady that our order was incorrect she told me to keep the fries and she would get my burger corrected. She then picked up my burger with her hands and took it back to the cooks. She brought me back what I thought was a new burger. I started eating my burger and all I could taste was the sour mustard. I took my burger apart and come to find out they didn't not make me a new burger they just wiped off the mustard and put new garnish on it. So not only does my burger still have mustard on it the lady has now hand held my burger for me. Really grossed me out. We will not be back.

Service here has been trash. Tried asking the lady at the register questions about the menu and received one word responses. I got a laguna burger, and it tasted pretty good but kept biting into something sort of chewy and firm. So I had several napkins around me stuffed with half masticated food. The fries were fresh. I feel for the price, I'll probably go elsewhere. For decent customer service, I'll definitely go elsewhere.

The cashier was rude and acted as if we were a bother. I am from out of town, getting cancer treatment and my first time eating here. I was not dressed well and I was wearing slippers but fir whatever reason she just didn't like us. My sister didn't even eat her food she stayed so upset, even crying. That sucks..

I used to really like Laguna Burger! But it's just been so awful, lately. Burger was so well done, it was like trying to chew shoe leather. Green chile had so little flavor, I actually started wondering if it was 3d printed out of cellulose or something. Super watery, and zero flavor. Fries were a teeny tiny portion; dried up, and ice cold. I didn't have a single "fry sized" fry in the bunch. It was like fry crumbs. I assume I got the end of the basket. Added bacon, and it was super dried out, and over cooked. Looked like Beggin' Strips. ?? Staff was polite and pleasant though, so that was the saving grace of the visit.

Original location used to be really good. We went for lunch. Milkshake came out first even though our order was takeout. Fries were completely cold and burgers were lukewarm. The only redeeming factor was the kids hotdog, which was actually good! As others have mentioned majority of staff I encountered were just downright rude. Prices are very high now for tiny fry and no drink. We will not be returning
