Let’s Eat Thai Cuisine is a decent little Thai restaurant located in the La Mesa Shopping Center strip mall next door to Manning Florist and the Albuquerque Flower Market. There’s a large shared parking lot for free parking. All seating is indoors. There are booths and standalone tables, so patrons in wheelchairs won’t have any issues.I tried the pineapple fried rice and the pad Thai. The pineapple fried rice was served in a hollowed-out pineapple with fresh pineapple pieces. I enjoyed the raisins and cashews in it, and it had a good consistency, not being too oily or too dry. I’d order it again. The pad Thai was very bland and a disappointment. Both my friend and husband also thought the dish was a boring, tepid entree. It isn’t something I’d get there again.Overall, it’s a decent restaurant, but there are better options in the city. If you do go, steer clear of the pad Thai unless you like unimaginable noodles without much flavor.Parking: Free shared parking lot with many parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs into venue; movable chairs. Wheelchair users will have no issues in this restaurant.

Food is great! Love their Chicken Pad Thai. They also do "Thai Hot" if that's your thing. Workers are Asian (from Thailand?), which means it's likely authentic food!

I’ve visited and lived in Thailand 5 different times in my life. I know what good Thai food tastes like and I’ve taken Thai cooking classes in Thailand; We ordered 5 dishes. 1 dishes was good, 1 was mediocre and the other 3 were just plain BAD.1.The teriyaki chicken bowl was drenched with teriyaki sauce. (It’s not Thai food but still) Couldn’t even eat the rice. Only ate half the chicken on top.2.Papaya salad was good but they didn’t properly grind the ingredients together and some ingredients were missing.3.The soup was ok, they added way too much onion as a filler and this is not a normal ingredient that is added to this soup, it also had no taste but I was so hungry that I only had 1 small bowl, then brought the leftovers home to fix the taste.4.Pad Thai was very sticky I couldn’t separate the noodles. Also brought it home to fix the problem.5. Their pork Larb was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. It literally tasted like it was burnt and was covered with seasoning to override the burnt taste. I do not recommend this dish at all.I didn’t take pictures because the dish presentation was well put together. I give them that much.I do appreciate that she took the Pork Larb off my bill. But I do feel that it was way too expensive for the rushed experience and the quality of the food.We won’t be back but do wish them well.

I love this restaurant. The Pad Thai is so good, and the red curry is my favorite in town. My wife and kids love the Mango Sticky Rice.

We were looking for some authentic Thai food so we came to this place inside of a strip mall. They have living plants in the entrance which is a good sign, and the colorful atmosphere with lots of trinkets. The walls were extremely dirty by the booth, and there was no music but a children's cartoon on the TV for atmospheric audio. The waitress forgot about the appetizers, but the meals were delicious and so was the Thai iced tea. Once we got our food they did put on some music but the kids TV show was still the most prevalent sound in the air.The food was pretty authentic in our opinion and you get quite a lot of food for a good price. I just think the cleanliness could have been a lot better, so I didn't give it a high score for atmosphere.

Let’s Eat Thai absolutely swept me into a world of vibrant flavors and authentic Thai cuisine that’s hard to forget. The moment you step inside, you’re embraced by an inviting atmosphere and the enchanting aromas of spices and herbs. The red curry, a tantalizing medley of rich, creamy coconut milk and a perfect blend of spices, left me savoring every bite, while the green curry presented a beautifully balanced symphony of sweet and spicy notes that were truly phenomenal. Each dish not only delighted the palate but also conveyed the incredible mastery behind the traditional recipes. Can’t wait to return to this culinary gem!

I got the coconut soup and it was good. My daughters got the Pho and the noodle soup. We all enjoyed our meal. The wraps with peanut sauce was so yummy too.

We ordered door dash last night and my whole family got food poisoning. We won't be back! Curry was thin and not much flavor.

We got take out. The service was quick but the food was awful. You can check my history, I don't leave negative reviews but this was really bad. I sent pictures of the food to restaurant asking if this was a normal night, they never responded. The $18 Salmon Teriyaki bowl was so bad no one wanted to eat it. The veggies were oily and the salmon was burnt; very little seasoning or sauce. The Pad See Ew was oily and burnt- the noodles cooked to a mushy consistency. Chicken Satay was 3 thin slices of chicken, maybe an ounce each. No seasoning and the very small amount of peanut sauce had separated- had to dump the oil out first.
