When we received our delivery, the order was wrong. The GH driver said I would have to work it out with the business. I had to drive to the little cesars because they did not answer the phone. The male there said the GH driver grabbed the wrong order and gave me my order. I asked for a refund on my delivery fee and was denied. The food was old, hard to eat and dry. This service and food were horrible!

Ordered 8 pizzas and wings online for future pick up for grandson's bday party. My son apparently won't eat Little Ceasars as it makes him sick. Have called the Eubank location DOZENS of times to cancel my order and they WON'T answer the phone. VM box is FULL and can't accept messages. This is a poorly run place and I DON'T recommend patronizing EVER!

Good place for a quick drop in and take out some hot pizza. Pepperoni extreme is loaded and delicious! Great customer service.

LATE NIGHT ORDERING DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! DOES THE STORE MANAGER CARE THAT NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE????????????????Unfriendly employees with horrible customer service who clearly don’t care and just there for a paycheck! You’re open until 10pm……….but trying to call and place a call in order after 8:30 is impossible because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! Unlucky for me, my son loves Little Ceasar’s Pizza, I work light every day, so on 4 SEPARATE nights, I’ve attempted to place a call in/ pick up order, but my last experience was HORRIBLE! Little Ceasar’s PURPOSEFULLY doesn’t answer their phones………I tried calling at 8:25pm, NO ANSWER. I tried placing my order through the app, ‘ERROR’ either, ‘Technical difficulties’ or it’s frozen when trying to complete payment. THE PURPOSE OF CALLING IN IS CONVENIENCE!!!!!!! Ok, by the time I get to the store, I order pizza and breadsticks, I ask The employee, his name is ANGEL, to please make it fresh. He tells me the 4 packs of breadsticks are fresh that have been sitting in their warmer for who knows how long??? I ask him since you have to make the pizza fresh anyway, can you please make fresh breadsticks? His reply, “No, I don’t have anymore dough, and it’s too late and too close to closing.” I tell him, “Well, I tried calling an hour ago to place this order, but nobody answers the phone, so this order wouldn’t have been right before closing” His response….????? Nothing, blank stare. There’s more to this story, but I’d like to actually speak to the STORE MANAGER ABOUT IT. Bottom line, how do you expect to make sales, keep repeat customers if you make it impossible to call in an order if no one answers the phone???? Are you aware that this is happening or employees are purposely taking the phone offline? HERE’s AN IDEA??? This can easily be rectified and tested by the manager by randomly calling throughout the day, more so at night, especially closer to closing hours to ensure your closing crew isn’t doing this???I’d like to speak to the STORE MANAGER about my experience that night, I’ve attempted several times to call, even during the day…..guess what???? NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE?????!!!!!! When is the best time to reach the Store Manager??? I don’t have time to go and randomly stop in person in the hopes that the Manager is there, I work long hours too. If the Manager sees this review and I know the ‘Owner’ or ‘Manager’ can see these reviews, please let me know how and when I can speak with you about the (lack of) service I received? I went into Little Cesar's pizza ordered Pepperoni with stuffed Crush. The pizzaWhat's soaking with butter or until where it made me sick. Worst Pizza I've ever gotten from there.
It wasn't very busy at the time and we only had to wait a few minutes because they were out of the cheese bread. Good food, friendly staff, clean facility.

This place had fast customer service.. they had my order out in less then 15 min.. they are doing an excellent job on a Halloween night. It was busy but they made the whole order seem so effortless.

I ordered two pizzas two different times, with the little Twix brownies. They used to add the pizzas into the pickup spot and keep the brownies aside. These last two times, they’ve put the pizzas in a warmer and the brownies aside. But the problem is, I was sitting outside the damn place for 20-25 minutes, waiting for my name to pop up on the screen for the pick up spot. And it never did. So I go in to find they stuck it in a warmer. That means the pizza has been sitting there an entire half an hour almost. I order through the app because I want fresh pizza, not a hot’n’ready. Stop putting them in the warmer and start adding them to the pick up spot, so I know the order is ready. The pizza looks like it’s been sitting for an hour now. Thanks.

Why do you call it hot and ready if it's not hot or ready. The pizza maker and skinny mumbling kid were sooooo slooooowwwww. I stopped going there for this reason.
