Food was okay, but service was slow. Don't go there if in a hurry! I revisited the restaurant yesterday, it was a great experience! The food was exceptional and the waitress was on it . Thanks again!

Food was good, but service was slow. Staff didnt check on us and had to ask for check. However other waitresses were very attentive with their customers. Luck of the draw, I guess. Would return if Im in Albuquerque again.

My wife and I dined at Luigi's for the first time on March 2nd 2024. We were part of a retirement party that was held there. There were almost 30 of us and everyone completely enjoyed and praised their entrees. I had the green chili chicken lasagna and it was absolutely superb. I don't usually like cream sauces, but their cream sauce was so light and the entire dish was well put together. The chef Luigi and his delightful mother even came out and greeted us to ensure that we were thoroughly satisfied. The house salads are small, simple but fresh. The minestrone was very good. I will definitely eat here again when craving Italian!

The food was a bit dry and sloppy. Bread is extra and flavorless. The salad looked like it was from a bag and the dressing was packaged. It was all meh.

I love their pizza but it's very pricy. It cost me $10.00 for a single slice of pizza with two toppings and a $2.00 tip.

Luigi's is a wonderful spot for delicious Italian cuisine. While I enjoyed the calzone immensely during my recent visit - it was absolutely fantastic - I couldn't help but reminisce about their buffet. It would be a delightful addition if they brought it back. Nevertheless, the overall experience was delightful; the atmosphere is cozy, and the calzone I had was flavorful and satisfying. Luigi's remains a fantastic choice for anyone craving good Italian food in a welcoming environment.

Unfortunately the restaurant is very dead now. Apparently, after COVID, they never recuperated with their buffet. Which really bites for me and my family. We were hoping to find a good Italian restaurant with a buffet. However, the only one I know of is joe's pasta cafe near Rio Rancho. I specifically ordered the eggplant parmesan. It was extremely mushy. I felt in a way. It was almost undercooked and not fried enough or correctly. The staff was very professional and friendly. However, they only had about four guests in the entire restaurant to serve. I think my daughter's food was the best out of all. Her two and a half year old self ordered one of the alfredo pastas. The bread that they serve with the oil as an appetizer, In my opinion was quite hard and not very appealing. The appetizer that my family ordered was the calamari. The calamari was actually quite good. I hope the restaurant can make a turn around.
