It should not take 10 minutes to make ONE shamrock shake when 5 employees are standing around in the kitchen jabbering the whole time.It's nice of them to put electrical outlets at the tables for people who might want to come in with cell phones or laptops and do things while they eat — but they work poorly, barely putting a charge on even my cell phone. And I think it's worth mentioning the depressing brutalist architecture of today's McDonald's, which are an eyesore in any neighborhood. I really don't know how McDonald's stays in business, especially this one.

I walked in and the manager (?) Wouldn't let me go to the counter. Instead, with a gruff manner told me to use the computer order. I got my order, but my large fries were medium, and I had to ask for a cup. My Big Mac was sloppy and lukewarm, and at first there were no fries! I had to show him my receipt to prove it that I ordered a meal. The fries were also cold and tough.I won't be going back. This is the only bad McDonalds in Albuquerque.

They won’t even tell you if they’re closed. I placed a mobile order and they cancelled it on me when I arrived to the speaker they proceeded to ask me if I was going to be using my mobile app to which I said yes and then the speaker went silent as I sat for about five minutes. I then pulled up to the windows where I could see employees and when I tried getting their attention they were willfully ignoring me. I pulled back around to the speaker and the girl asked me again if I was going to be using the mobile app as if she was going to take my order. When I tried ordering the speaker fell silent again, I pulled up to the window and I knocked and she tried ignoring me again. All in all I spent a good forty minutes just trying to get food and ultimately left with nothing. I’d recommend going to any other McDonalds aside from this one.
