This McDonald's has major issues. They have two lanes but you don't order at the same time. It's one of the other. I made a mobile order and it took about 10 - 15 mins for a small order. I got about as much food as the person in front of me and they got their order practically instantly while I still had to pull off to the side in one of the marked pickup spots. And now this part is nothing that the company can change. But stupid people come here like someone who parks right before the speaker box to continue looking at the menu on their phone and holds everybody up

I come to this location once a week with my clients for diet soda and my staff take my clients The other 6 days out of the week I am only giving this restaurant three stars because of one gentlemen who works the first window during night shift on Mondays. Very professional recognizes my guys treats them with respect! And the only reason I am giving it a three star as well is because one gentlemen who is about 5'4? Very short hair with glasses. Maybe 165 175 lb. He used to work at the location up the streets and has always been very rude to me and my clients with disabilities
