Everything is terrible. I really don't sweat small stuff but this place manages to mess up my order every time. I can literally buy nothing but a coke and they hand me a meal and everyone starts freaking out with no idea of the situation when all I need is my coke. The restaurant is dirty all the time and I don't think they are trained on something as simple as keeping up with orders or cashiering as small as some fries and a drink. Just go to Carlisle or central.

I was in this McDonald’s yesterday 2/21/24 not to purchase a meal but I have had lunch there before in the past. I visited this McDonald’s to use the restroom. I went to the counter to gain the attention of one of the employees and it was busy which I understand. During this time a manager looked in my direction and totally ignored me. I continued to wait and another employee who had headphones on looked in my direction and he also ignored me. I noticed that the same employee gave his attention to a female and handed her a straw and ignored me again. A female customer picked up her meal and another employee again ignored me. I am an elderly man who has to use the bathroom often. Another employee who I’m going to identify as a line worker saw me and asked if I needed assistance. I told her I needed to use the bathroom and she opened the bathroom for me. Now was it because I am a Native American, an elderly man, or appeared to be a homeless person. Why did it take the manager and another employee to completely ignore me twice and even we made eye contact so there is no excuse for them not seeing me. Both male employees were not busy at the time. I give the female employee a pat on the back for asking if I needed help. This occurred about 2:00 pm. Thumbs down for the two employees services not for the meals but for the failed customer service to an elderly man in need.

There was one person in line paying when I walked in. I stood in line and the man at the register finished with that customer, looked at me and turned around and walked off. Then he told an employee to lock the dining room. He was saying he was so upset, and that he's never been this mad. He then came over and asked what do you need, and then proceeded to ignore me, turn his back again, and rudely say that everyone that wasn't door dash needs to use the kiosks. He was very unprofessional and rude. I turned around and left and won't be going back.
I just left this McDonald’s, I ordered a cold caramel cappuccino with my food, they brought out a hot one, so girl took it back in to fix my order, well she just dumped it in a plastic drink container with ice and is still hot. You guys suck! Thank you

The morning front manager had me wait 5 min to help me with a doordash as soon as she could she helped someone who had been there after me then divide to cuss and fell me to leave

This location will allow you to place an order when they arent even open. They literally just steal your money. And they will be closed on days where every other McDonald's is open.
