A little disappointed in the set up! Every-time I’ve gone to get a evening treat, there fruit toppings are always out of stock no cool whip and the Kiwi is always mixed with other stuff like the boba which sucks when you have a kiwi allergy!

I want to be clear, the yogurt is usually very good. My two favorites are traditional tart, and cake batter. However, the prices are outrageous! We got a couple of dishes and loaded them up for movie night the other night and it was $20! I can't imagine taking the whole family here! On top of that the CC machine prompts you for a tip. Who and why am I tipping? I did everything myself, all I'm doing is paying a person. I am fully supportive of tipping in the service industry, you know when someone waits on us, but this is a little crazy.

Topping selections have slimmed down, they didn't have chocolate covered almonds or cheesecake- my favorites. The brownie bites were terrible and unfortunately I had a good spoonful of them ruining my dessert. Used to be a much better experience- cleanliness, friendliness, value. Now, cutting costs and raising prices is the vibe...

Janet who works there is super helpful and friendly . She even went over and beyond to ask everyone who was sitting if they were enjoying everything . You don’t see that to much anymore so what a great employee you guys have !

There yogurt machines were not operating correctly, so the yogurt was very grainy.

Froyo was good and the selection of flavors/toppings was ok. The tables were all dirty so it was impossible to enjoy it there without cleaning for ourselves first. There was only one worker there and he was staying at the register with headphones in

First time at Menchie's. We had heard how good it was so we tried it on 11/20/22 Sun. night. My wife and both were excited about the banana pudding flavor, but they were all out. We both decided on the Dutch Apple Pie flavor. With my daughter's bowl it came to over $28! We went home and at the first bite I wasn't sure what I was tasting and it wasn't good. It tasted like stale graham cracker mush with brown sugar. No apple flavor what so ever and a strange after taste. My wife was in total agreement. We were very disappointed with our purchase. Employee was not friendly at all. I will not be back.
