The mini-biscuits warmed up easily in our convection oven, while the unique gravy took a few seconds in the microwave. I have to admit I have never been a fan of the traditional diner biscuits and gravy that looks like a bowl of milk with meat floating around in it. This looked more like a brown gravy you might expect on mashed potatoes. Of course, the green chilis give it that distinctive New Mexican flavor. We learned that you can order a day in advance and go to their Fourth Street store and grab and go. We will be frequent visitors I’m sure.“
