The location gives the area a real urban vibe. Tried this ramen joint inside the 505 central food hall and was really impressed with the quality of the ramen. The broth was fatty and flavorful, the pork had a really nice char on the outside and the noodles and egg were cooked really nice. Really great flavors and good prices as well!

I'm from Japan so I am pretty picky when it comes to ramen. I know I can't compare it to ramen I used to eat back home, but for how small it is, and the quality, I just have a hard time justifying paying close to $17. However, I will spend the money if I really crave ramen. The Karaage was solid. The staff was very friendly and funny, he told me not to get mad even if we had to wait for 20 minutes. Food hall was so busy that day, I expected the wait was going to be long ;)
