I love the coffee so much! Always delicious! I love everything they have to offer. I have to ship stuff out of state and the shipping is absolutely wonderful and it's fast. I will never stop purchasing their products!

The MOST rude employee I've encountered in a long while. I was so excited to bring my non-nm native husband to pick out some bags to take back to TN with us and the second we walked in the employee told us to get out as it wasn't a coffee shop. I told her we were there to buy the bags and she just rolled her eyes and said whatever. We just turned around and left. I tell everyone not to bother buying the bags at this location. Go to the coffee shops or just have it shipped.

Pinion Coffeehouse has open a new location in Rio Rancho, complete with a drive-through and everything! Looks like they were lucky enough to take over a retired Starbucks location across from Intel, on Hwy 528 in Rio Rancho.

Adobe Morning and Biscochito are our favorites. No Walnut Maple until the Fall.Parking: In front of the coffee store.

Last two times I bought bagged coffee at the Roastery, everything other than their traditional Pinon has all been pre-ground. I don't know why they aren't currently selling whole-bean coffee of any other flavor at the moment. They also aren't currently selling whole bean on their website either. This is disappointing, as I like to grind my own coffee right before I brew it. Until that changes, I will probably look elsewhere for my coffee needs...

This coffee used to be delicious but it has changed and not for the better. We found out AFTER we put in a large order, of course, not before. As one reviewer stated, this coffee taste like dirt. That is why you see it all over the place discounted online and at discount stores. Don't say no one told you so.

New Mexico Piñon Coffee has been my go to since pre COVID. During COVID, they chose to do free shipping to local customers because we couldn't come in to their store or go to their coffee shop. Apparently, it was incredibly successful because they have kept free shipping for local buyers and have a rewards system if you're a frequent shopper.I chose them not only because they are a local business but because of how often they roast their beans.I will admit to being a coffee snob in so much that a fresher roast matters for a better bloom. Even trying a company that sourced it's coffee from around the world and claimed to roast it's coffee two weeks before shipping, I still wouldn't get a bloom like I do from NMPC.I do miss the Pistachio flavor. That was my favorite but as that's one of our top exports, I understand that it simply became too expensive.I strongly recommend them for all your coffee as they can be found in Smith's, online, and at their two locations.

A rude woman inside gave me bad directions. I would avoid this place.Kid-friendliness: There were a bunch of dirty kids running around and screaming.

So... I love NM pinon coffee.... But I'm honestly not sure why this place exists. It is not a coffee shop. You can buy bags of coffee but they are crazy expensive. I was told to go to Costco to get my coffee at a third of the price... I was like what? And I was told that they buy in bulk... And I was like... From you? Their coffee shops are amazing, but this place is just weird.

I don't know if we had a bad batch of this coffee from CostcoBut we found this coffee to taste like nutty dirt and maybe some shells in it. The beans were light brown in color, dried out and It brewed light brown to clear.

This used to be a place I would pay more for coffee because it used to good and the customer service was good but I have to say after paying $105 for 2 bags of coffee that weren’t even ground right after being rudely told I couldn’t grind the coffee myself and that the lady behind the counter had to grind it I’m not sure I’ll be spending my money here anymore. It was almost like she thought I was gonna steal the coffee. She never even asked what grind I wanted just started grinding the coffee. Now my coffee looks like tea instead of coffee because she didn’t do a fine grind for my auto drip coffee maker. It’s a course grind and doesn’t taste right. What a waste of my hard earned money

I bought a 2 pound bag of pinion coffee beans as part of a hostess basket I was making. I told the recipient and the other guest how wonderful my memory of drinking this coffee when I lived in Ruidoso. Upon opening the bag we found the extremely dried beans that were a pale chalky color. Brewed the coffee hoping maybe I had forgotten how it looked. The coffee was not good, no mild pinion flavor at all. The coffee tasted old. Bad enough no one like the coffee, it was embarrassing and ruined the joy of giving it to a friend.I contacted the customer service and got a auto reply that they would get back to me as soon as possible. That has now been over a week ago.Very disappointed in the coffee and company.
