I’m so upset. I just purchased a birthday cake for my nephew. The website says it serves 8. There is no way this tiny cake serves 8 nor does it look comparable to the picture at all! Look at the bow size of what came on my cake compared to the picture on the website. I had to buy an additional cake which I’m sure still won’t even be enough. I paid almost $60 after taxes. Not cool!

Cakes are very good just make sure you check your bag before you leave, I ordered and paid for a Reese's Peanut Butter bundlet for a friend of mine. When I got home I looked in the bag and noticed they gave me a Chocolate chocolate chip. I called to see if maybe they may have used a different seal for the Reese's and was told "oh no..they are right next to eachother so they gave you the wrong one" no apology no bring it back and we will make it right nothing..while their cakes are good their customer service sucks. So check your bag before you leave to make sure they get it correct. The Reese's does cost more than the one I received

Not a good experience will never step foot in this business again. I won 4 gift cards from a contest to receive 4 free bundtlets. I was planning on buying a few extra and making 3 packs with gift wrap to gift children’s teachers for the holidays. I was told I was only allowed to use 1per day. That was not specified on the card. I was then told in a condescending tone, “looks like you need to rethink your gift ideas.” They were still receiving my business as I was purchasing additional cakes and gift wrapping. I would not recommend this place as they are not accommodating and the service is awful. I left in tears with the treatment I received.

I will never go to this business again. I went this past week to use 4 gift cards we received and to purchase additional cakes and gift wrap them for teachers gifts for my children's teachers. However, I was told I was unable to use the cards all at once and only once per visit. I proceeded to tell the cashier it was not specified on the cards and if I can use them as teachers gifts. The cashier replied in a very condescending manner, " looks like you are going have to rethink your gifts ideas." I found that to be very rude. I was purchasing additional cakes and asking for gift wrap I was still providing business and purchasing items. I left the shop in tears and threw away my gift cards I will never go back. It was such a bad experience, the service was absolutely horrific.

Today, we went in to buy some Bundt cakes for our kids. The two ladies in front did not greet us, was very rude with their tone and didn’t say thanks for coming in and have a nice day. They were nicer and greeted the two Caucasian family, that was before us. I don’t know if it’s because we are POC. We come here multiple times and it’s always the same treatment. Beware if you are POC or minority, you will get the same treatment as we did.

I bought a gift certificate and did not realize it expired a couple weeks ago and they refuse to let me use it, even though I’ve been sick and in the hospital. Not even a discount or anything to make up for it. I asked if they could call the owner and the lady was very rude and said no. That it’s not her problem. I am a regular and it’s horrible not to be treated correctly.

I asked why the carrot cake was much smaller than all others and told, "The carrot cake is more dense," I said, really. They should charge less if smaller.Excuse how they look. I had a hard time getting them out of the package.8/18/23 - Did the buy 1 get 1 free.
